I will also add an agreement that silica is great for stresses, here is a quote/pic from a reputable breeder

Yep, pretty much what I stumbled upon too.

I do believe silica does what’s said. I believe enough that I have a gallon of the stuff. I do like it but it try to use it sparingly.

Silica is also great for making concoctions with molasses which is very acidic so the right amounts can make a ph balanced solution.

Today was 92 outside and the weather channel said it felt like 102. I should have waited to water my girls till later in the day but I don't like to leave any more moisture in the air if I can void it. So, I pushed on and got the job done. Watering takes a little time for me since I let them soak but I love spending time with the ladies.

This is why it takes me a while to complete watering. I put the plant in a catch pan. Water it through the top and then let it sit in the run off for a while until its heavy. If I just water from the top and no catch pan I loose a lot of water and nutrients and the medium does not get fully hydrated. Its a slow process but I feel worth the time. Considering my temps stay in the 90's most days by doing it this way I only need to water every 4 days and feed them every 8. Today they got 650+ ppm. I'll bump it up 100ppm with each coming week till she hits 900+- unless they have a bad reaction. I don't think they will.

These guys make me think there is something wrong with a leaf sometimes. They fold over a leaf and hide. This one is hanging out on one of my WW clones.

The WW is moving along.

This one is way ahead of the rest. This will give me something to smoke on while I harvest the others. Her aroma is intoxicating.

Onward to the small sog clones. This is a BB/K. Looks like shes going to top out a little over 2ft. Most of the others are near that height as well. I'm very happy I decided to root these. The extra bud is always welcome.

I am glad someone else said that if the moth is resting it is likely laying eggs or up ta no good, that said after looking at all your bugs I am happy to be indoor for now.

Plants all look amazing, that greenhouse is full, and it will smell even more amazing

The Scrog screen. Wild, wonderful, and outta control..lol. I have a dark pheno on the left side. You can see she is different from all the others and is flowering slower than the others in the screen. Oh well, that's what ya get when you don't use clones in a scrog..lol.

You can see how far behind the darker ones are from lighter ones.

Bugs are a pain in the arse but its a small price to pay for free light...lol. I'd rather be indoors too but not possible for me right now.

Lmao. Yep sounds like you’re in the south. My lady is from Georgia and has lived in Phoenix, heat ain’t no fucking joke in the south.

Lastly, before I left the ladies today I spread them out a little. I moved some clones and made space. I think they need all the room they can get right now. That's all for today folks. I damn near had a heat stroke trying to finish all this today...lol.

You are spot on. I am in the south. I lived in Central America for three years back in the 80s. The heat there was awful. I compare this region to it all the time. I am from Ohio originally and moved south 12yrs ago. The heat is intense but I'll take that over those long freezing cold winters any day. The arthritis is better down here too.
