Sauga's Got Cement Shoes & A Chem Dog

Gee officer, those fell down there. Nothing I could do. Even the truth sounds silly, lol.
Just tell em about the cement shoes, see. :blunt:
Maybe he’ll wise up and look the other way.

No, this is a hard act to follow!

Great looking buds. They look like they are an ounce each

Day 4 Pics

Hey everybody!
The POG still has not broken soil. The new seeds will be going into the jiffy's before bed tonight so maybe by Monday they'll provide company to the kids below. I don't think I mentioned what medium the seedlings are in now. It's FFOF in case anybody was wondering.

:Rasta:

First time growing autos so I have a silly question everyone but can a flowering plant induce flowering of another in the same tent or is this auto just jumping the gun? It's a gelato OG from seedsman they say 80 days but it's flowering already at 15 days. So I torn on one hand I'm happy I can get to try it soon on the other I wanted it bigger of course lol. The other is looking great tho cant remember if it a Northern lights or a zkittles tho. Training that one with bonsai wire which works well.

Autos can start flowering from 20-30days from seed some stress factors can induce early flowering.... climate, defoliation are a few!

Flower times from breeders are always a little off some sooner or later but generally a bit off of what they recommend!

It looks like the one on the right was topped at some point. I could be wrong. There's a short window for topping autos and you want to make sure the plant is strong and healthy before deciding to top one.
Too soon and you stunt the growth and flowering will start much earlier.
The other issue I see is the lack of dirt in the pot. I read somewhere, but I don't know how true it is, that when the roots of an auto start to hit the walls of the pot it sends a signal to go to flower. Shed or someone else may be able to throw some thoughts on that as I don't know if that's even possible.
Whatever the answer you want those pots filled to the top. Dont uppot your autos. Go from germination into the final pot. Again, less stress for an auto. Autos you want to get them big, fast, so early feeding helps.

I was wondering. I always wonder what people are growing in :).

Noooooooooooooooooooo! Auto flowers do not flower when the tap root hits the bottom. Old wives tale. Not fact. I've seen rootbound autos in solo cups not flowering.

Autoflowers aren't triggered by their neighbors, they're on their own timetable as Dutch mentioned and can be sent into flower early by stressors in the environment. And some don't flower for 40+ days. But you never know, which is what makes autos so much "fun."
