Yeah, I was joking about feeding the pronghorns the fans, I mean if one they would actually let me get near them, not and two if we didn't live in a country w/such draconian laws where I didnt have to worry about leaving evidence around.
To make a short story long they get burned in the burn barrel. I'm too scared to compost them.
Those antelope are very strange looking mammals and I think hozona is right or close to it cause they shit little dropping kinda like rabbits, they seem like they should be in Africa or some where other than here. Gotta love them though, anything that can live off the land around here is hardier than Rambo IMHO

looking good! A freind of mine lives in NM & he got a ORYX a couple years ago. They were brought in from Africa back in the 60's I believe.

Nice to meet ya high 420kwats, no sure what an Oryx looks like but sounds cool.
I have an issue this week: Tuesday-Thursday all three days the power company is taking the power down to do upgrades. They said it will be on at night but with the timers running on 120 volts I will have to be there each evening to reset them. This is why I wasn't able to run my RDWC system. Would be nice if I had either a battery bank with an inverter or a generator that would auto on when the power is down. Or BOTH lol. One of those Propane gennies that turns on and off would be ideal. Will have to save up for those cause they aint cheap

I hear yah both on that have several of the same strain going and one will do better than the other, from my understanding on the purple or reddish color is a cal/mag def from what I have been told and looking at some nutrient manufactures feeding schedules they include it in almost every feeding, whish makes me wonder with all these 3-7 part nutrient lines why it could not incorporated somewhere withing them. All mine are in bloom and get fed the same and still some are doing way better than others not really sure why, Peace OG. Want me some Antelope steaks ( from the backstarp please, lol)

I'm trying my best. I dont know whats harder to deal with the 18 miles to and fro or the gosh darn flu season?
Thanks Hiker, by the way do you do much backpacking? Used to take off for almost a month or more in the high sierras.

I am an avid backpacker. Spent the summer of 2011 hiking the PCT. Started at the border of Mexico, and made it to Donner Pass before wife got injured. I still own my little house in Flagstaff and truly miss MY hiking trails behind my house. My house is in that little neighborhood just passed the KOA as you head out 89N. I loved that I could walk a block form my front door and be in wilderness all the way to The Canyon!

Don't be fooled, the colored stems are a genetic trait of alot of strains, if two plants are growing side by side and one has red stems and one dosen't, you gotta start thinkin genetics. Some are red or purple and some aren't. If your plants are healthy, would you care what color the stems were?

Yeah but why are some of the cuts from the same pheno in the same medium not doing that are some are? Would you worry about that?

I truly think if I would have kept better notation about what I did with the coco each time I would know. There was the first bale of coco that didn't get the bennies and then there was one or two that didn't get bpn's root magic
Go figure I wont let that happen again. I am taking B.I.D.'s recommendation and using more compost tea now, I am going to inoculate a bale this morning and well see how that round goes

It's funny, about 50% of plants i've grown have some degree of the purpleness goin on. I am excited to see these purple kush mature.

It's not included so you have to buy it..LOL. I add it twice per run, but homeboy who makes my soil never even mentions it. I have never seen it make a difference, but then i've always added it, it dosen't do any harm to my plants either. The one thing I have seen make a difference is molasses.....it makes sense too!

They never shut the power off today cause my timers and electric heater w/interface was all right on and correct. Just in the nick of time got there with some plants that were really light but not yet wilted, took the opportunity to mix up 5 gallons of RO with sensi grow a and b, b52, silica blast, cal magic, the last few drops of voodoo juice and a splash of Hygrozyme for a total PPM of 1070 PH Mid 6's and took the plants in the veg room one at a time and watered them all with this solution except the youngest of cuttings and seedlings. The two La Conf. seedlings got some 1/2 strength comp. tea with 1/4 veg solution I make up.

A pic of some of the fans off the purps that I will be looking into I am assuming its a Ca or MG deficiency? I am not too worried about it as for the longest time I fed them very very light and was waiting for them to show me that they needed more food, so I am now uping them to 1000 approx was 1070 actually. Another 4 weeks they will be flowering out in 77 litre trashcans if I get my 100 amp pull installed and the Awesome "Lighting Control Center" that is being custom built from a member here who can really get down with the electrical type work. If I can get more power in there I would like to try my hand at Controlled Environment Agriculture. Might end up being later this year and will flower them out in say ten gallon pots, thats still in the works as it all depends on available funds later this month or next.

There is a couple of house way back in the horizon, it's super remote. I have to be extra careful when I am working with power or cutting tools cause the nearest hospital is say 45 mins away, so anyone living remote BE CAREFUL and make sure you have a charged cell phone, just in case.
So even though I got another cold virus from the kids I went today, have to go tomorrow and then Thursday I have to get injections in my back again and back to the ranch a final time Thursday night for an all nighter. I am hoping Thursday is the last day of power upgrades but since today they didnt start it might have to be friday also. Friday will be the 1st day of week 4 in flower and I will start dropping off 30 mins each week now DLS Diminishing Light Scheduale.
Yeah this post is all over the place as my brain is all fogy from the cold and flu medicine. I was able to snap a few bowls of Purple Power with some of my bfam's ice hash and felt better for a bit. Yeah the next couple of months will be real interesting to see if I can pull off a way to grow some trees with exposed bulbs hanging in a vertical position. Anyone know of a good 5 light or more matrix? I am trying to figure out the best way to position say 12 big indoor plants with somewhere up to 10,000 watts of HPS? It will be much later in the year for that but the next flowering run which should start real close to tax day will have at least 2,000 watts in two big 8"xxxl air cooled hoods.

can't wait! the stinkier the better lol. you would think I wouldn't have to worry about it with no one being there but I am still goingto be scrubbing the air cause you just never know. I don't need the meter reader knowing more than I want him to.

So to make it known again the 818 HeadBands didn't make it. I have 2 of the 10 left and will eventually start them but have my hands full right now and my patients are requesting some of the White Widow I have in female seeds. Plus I am going to be starting some Cookies as soon as they get here. Got an email today saying they received payment and will dispatch soon. Cant wait, not sure how legit they will be as the thin mint pheno is a clone only so who knows how the end result will cure. Guess we'll see later this summer/fall
