Rifleman's Roost Open 24/7: Perpetually Perplexed

Looks like the transplanting was successful. Even M2 has perked up and isn't droopy anymore. :) The large tent with the hydro plants got an adjustment today too...the hps is now running at 750w instead of the original 600w. If real cold weather ever hits it'll go to 1K. :dreamy:

A quick mid week update on the hydro girls before I rush off to Turkey Day festivities. :)

SS1 is 18" and 994ppm, 4 quarts were added, ppm now 883

SS2 is 19.25" and 929ppm, 2 quarts were added, ppm now 841

AU1 is 21.75" and 908ppm, 2 quarts were added, ppm now 812

AU2 is 25.5" and 955ppm, 3 quarts were added, ppm now 874

All four girls are looking strong with just the tiniest of burnt tips on the AUs. The water added to the buckets was 367ppm, or my tap water plus 2ml/Gal of MGB. I do it that way so the AN brand takes care of my water's pH value so I don't have to. I'll post photos again Sunday. If I don't check in before then let me wish everyone a Happy Thanksgiving and a peaceful weekend. :Namaste:

Peace Out Y'all :peace:

I enjoy following your journal. Happy Thanksgiving.

Peace, Hyena

:thankyou: Hyena. To know that someone enjoys this means the world to me. :) I journal for the readers, hoping to inspire, inform, entertain and assist. Pull that rocking chair over here next to Roscoe so I don't have to reach so far. :passitleft: It's a cool drizzly morning and nothing goes better with it than some Quick One Auto jarred way back last December. :passitleft: ...oh yeah! "Dibs on the gravy!"

Yeppers I smoked that. :yikes: I imagine the pesticides are used as much in a prophylactic manner as they are in actual combat of pests. I was seriously disappointed. It's the first time in my life that I didn't want to finish a joint....but I did anyway.

Wow. Man... I'd 'a helped you smoke it, but we sure would have had a long, stoned conversation about it.
It's a damn scary list.
I assume that that's a list of possibilities rater that the list of what was actually applied to the girl... but still.... it's very daunting.

... and you always have.
Bet Roscoe's well fed today. I know I am.

The old fat dog laid by my side of the bed last night and farted every ten minutes Tead. It was like he had a schedule.

I don't know if they used all of it on the plants, but it sure tasted like it. If you'd been there to share it, I would have begged off with the excuse I was high enough, and let you smoke the rest of it. :biglaugh:

The stretch is on, the stretch is on ! ;) As if I didn't already know it, I had to throw the tape to the girls to confirm it. They are going to be big girls. :) The AU(day 35) are alleged to grow up to 42", and the SS(day 36) 48". Current measurements and growth spurts listed below.

SS1 is 20.75" / +2.75" since yesterday / +6.5" since Monday

SS2 is 21.5" / +2.25" since yesterday / +6" since Monday

AU1 is 24" / +2.25" since yesterday / +5.75 since Monday

AU2 is 28" / +2.5" since yesterday / +6.75" since Monday

:peace:

No I have not. All four are autos and this cycle I am growing them start to finish at 14/10.

Okay I will bite, why 14/10? I have heard of lots of light cycles for autos but that's the first I have heard of 14/10.

That's some phenomenal growth in one day. :goodjob:

Awww hell Hemi, I don't know why. :biglaugh: With two tents going, both on different schedules, different electrical needs etc, I just felt like breaking it down and off setting them a bit so the electric company doesn't get curious about my usage. Or maybe it was easier to just reverse my timers as they were running 10/14 blooming my sativa last grow. Really I don't know why, it just happened......

The list of chemicals you posted is shocking, but not the least bit surprising. Was it Cheech or Chong that said, "When they legalize it, they will ruin it."? Maybe it was me in 1978. I guess we lived long enough to see that process begin...

Can't help you with dog flatulence.

Peace, Hyena

Such incredible growth this week I had to post a family photo before tomorrow's individual shots during the water change. :) That's AU2 to the far left. She's my tallest at over 32" already. :circle-of-love:

Click the photo for a larger version.

How does one make the photo a link to the original in an easy fashion? I like the idea, but doing all the leg work to cut and paste the url and click on the link button seems a bit above my 'lazy' bar and I'm curious if there's some easier technique.
Plus, even if you're doing it using the manual method, it would be a nice tutorial for the masses.

It's too easy Tead. Bottom left of the reply window is the "my photos" button. I click it. That opens my gallery to select photos, at the top middle is a pull down menu of different options for posting your photo. I use "medium linked to original" always.

May I ask why you always choose this option? I have no difficulty loading, 'though with the iPad I have to do them individually.

Oh, I'm subbing up, by the way, if that's OK. I can be a pain sometimes, so you always have the option....... :battingeyelashes:

And no Tead, I don't recall ever giving you an option. Blame that on Cajun. :kisstwo:
