Rhody's First Grow Indoor MMC - Five Plants - Four Strains

I changed over to flower today. Swapped out mh for hps. Pumping cool air into space and getting rh down. My plants are getting big, it was time. I will do photo once changes begin.

I'm excited to see the change, got the light cycle from 11pm till 11am to take advantage of cool nights. Cooler outside mean less cooling needed inside.

Yey, good times are coming. Flowering is most exiting! I too use 10pm/10am cycle same reasons, good thinking.

Busy today finishing the ceiling. All done with Sheetrock and insulated. I now have separate gable venting, and insulation. The vent fan now pulls from the room, not the attic as well. Humidity is still hard to control, we have had three weeks of rain. Day four of flower, so not concerned too much yet. I may just buy a portable ac for the room.
Had some red stems, so added some mn with the last water.

I also bought a Tom meter. My rain water was 90, tap is 85. Seems pretty good.

Hee are some new photos. First week of flower. Hps light at 750 watts. Mylar galore. Hard to take photos now, can't get far enough away. Room is 8 by 8 so I have some space left.

Here is the runt. I transplanted a week ago into more soil and found no root system. It's now sporting a stem like a tree and taking off. She has been left for dead many times, and still comes back kicking.

My tallest plant is about 12inches below my light, I do have it off to one side. I'm not sure what to do if they keep getting taller, I assume I can't top or trim them anymore.

if your plants are growing so fast you are running out of head room i would suppercrop them.

Any kind of stress will increase the chance of hermies. So go easy on it, I would do some LST, unless you are in about week 4 of flowering, you still have some time to do a little LSt.

I super cropped ie. bent the top branch . Will see what happens. All doing well, lower leaves falling off in spots. I assume due to lack of light from the shade of the bigger tops.

Ok, so to prove I listen to my friend king join, here is the result of the super cropping he suggested. Pretty amazing , they come right back in one day.

looking good mukker, first time i supercropped i nearly snapped the top right off but 24hrs later it was pointing back up, crazy how resilliant thes plants are

I was scared to death of the first one, then I did it a few more times and it was amazing how they adapt.

I would try using florescent or metal halide lighting for veg cycle. The hps tends to make them stretch and have more spacing between bud sites. And keep them as close as possible to the plant without burning it.

We are 16 days into flower. Flower notes in and on second water with rainwater, light is up to 1000watts.
There are big plants. 40 plus inches

Big girls went outside for a flush, dodging mailman, etc. few pictures but was running around trying to be secret.

Need some help boys. My big plants have some dying lower fans, seems normal.
My nlx however, is not taking water. The pot is heavy and full, the leaves a curling up at tips and drying out and turning brown? Tried a flush, but soil is soaked. Wth?
