The cure continues... Buds are still fairly soft with a little crispyness on the outside. Temps in the room are cold. Averaging around 70. At night it drops to the mid 60's so that may have something to do with the softness.

Yes, Green only the second complete, with a third one failed. So we're happy with the results.

The high from the popcorn buds are nice.

Ok, off to work....

56g after trim with 11g of shake/trim.

The weight sucks but should last ole gurl thru the first of the year....

Yea, she smokes that much...LOL. I'm a one hit wonder. Enjoying the up and down. She prefers to try and stay up...LOL.

I'll do a final update this weekend.
 
Congrats my friend....we called the weight pretty good.....nothing wrong with that harvest bro....as i know you will get better and better....till you get to the point that you have to take half the year off cause you got so much:)lol
My auto northern lights is pretty close...i am gonna try the boiling water method on her.....see what the what is :)lol

Wanted to get this quick update out. Moving next week and need to focus on packing. By this time next weekend I'll be in NC...yea...

So the "Spider COB LED"...

Did as expected and very glad I had the opportunity to give it a try. I will grow with it again....

The strain....Nirvana's "Blue Mystic". Lead up to its name....grew and smoked as expected. The plant went thru an 12 week veg than a 8 week bloom. Pushed her longer on the 7-9 week period and got some nice couch lock out of her.

After the initial 3 day curing using the hot water method I hung her for an additional week till her buds began to crisp. Clipped and jarred them and have been burping and rotating them daily. They are being kept in a min frig with a large 62% pack inside. When I first open the jars the buds are back to being soft. I let them air out a few hours till they begin to crisp up again and then reseal. The 2 "cVaults" have small 62% packs in them and the buds have firmed up nicely so I may stop burping regular.

We're still holding to the 50gram mark... The cvaults have almost 8 grams each with the jars holding about 36. Not sure how much more weight were gonna lose but I don't think it's much. The buds are firm and dried beyond any further weight loss.

And we mustn't forget about the smell. I simply love it. She hasn't lost any of it during the final stages of bloom and well into curing. I initially said it was something like a "blue" smell to it....I stick to that. Blue almost berry with the hint of weed...LOL.

No more quick dry on them. I simply lay some out for a few hours to dry out and then smoke. The smoke is not at all harsh...almost pleasant. The high now is immediate...within a few mins.

I'm still able to control it but if I slow down and relax...it's over...LOL. After a long drive back from NC I made it by 1200....cleaned up took a hit and laid down under the pretense of watching football...LOL. Woke up a few hours later feeling great.

So that's it folks...it's been fun.

Next up....a side by side...stayed tuned...LOL.
