Awesome news! My mate has had a few off me and he was like where are the buds???? Took ages so he skipped em! Donpaul was working with the strain loads before he vanished. So he selected the best phenos and back crossed etc.
I maybe have 20-30 beans of it left. So one for the future! Many thanks (no more giving them away)
KC-45 is ment to be grown outdoors strictly in organic soil. KC-36 is fairs better off indoors from what I read, not sure what the exact cross of that one is. All I know is that for KC-45 to come out properly it needs the proper outdoor environment. Not sure if you were following along during all the rants I put out about how these things are finicky (genetically speaking), since these "autoflowers" took so long to initiate flower, and also to finish flowering as well. They are essentially pure sativas with the extra hardiness of the combination between what we think are land-race species. On top of all that, the different phenotypes that I harvested previously were like night and day, both very good. They also tried to revegetate on me during mid-bloom, and kind of bolted, it showed signs of trying to self-pollinate itself in mid-bloom, nothing took seed, but either way, it just shows this strain, or atleast the seeds I got may have been F1 and rather unstable, phenotypically speaking, but if one can put up with all her issues, she really turns out some of the most delicate and interesting flowers from a strain that is hardy as hell and can survive rain storms, over watering, low light, high humidity, clouds, etc.
Really a great strain that I am now happy I bought because it is so medicinally suited for my needs. I would love to see someone grow this KC-45 (in or out) so I can see what their products look like. Still need to see how this new batch turns out, but I know for sure it fits right into my microclimate being outdoors on the ocean
