Relaxed's 2014 Outdoor Medical Grow

Good morning Lester,

Love the picture, nice colors & trich development! Yummy! Thanks for the advice yesterday, I really appreciate you taking the time & guiding with your Words of Wisdom.

Anyhows, I just became a Papa, my 2 Autos just poked through yesterday evening (They are going outdoors) & my special project the Darkstar popped her little head also. I have some pretty good plans for her. I'm just going to let the Autos grow naturally, but the Darkstar is going to get some special treatment.

Have a great day out in the Garden!

:thanks:

Lester,

Can you pop over to my journal & give me a little advice please? I posted some questions on Harvest Prep & I would love to have your thoughts.

:thanks:
I'm there :thumb:

nice purple:thumb:

you go away for 2 days & fluxys dying before my eyes
I'm not quite sure what to say about your plant, it seems you've done so many things to try and "fix a problem" I'm not really sure what's going on. This is one reason why I'll only grow in a 100% organic medium with dolomite included as a pH buffer. You'll notice I do not pH my water or measure PPMs ever, I only have to water and listen to how my plants feel, if they are hungry or thirsty. I'll pop by at some point.

Almost time around here. But spring is in the air. And I think I'm pretty close to started the outdoor ladies up.
Sweet looking purple sativa there. Love the coloring. I hope she smells and tastes as nice. Hope everything was good for your 420/Easter. Keepem Green
Thanks for cruising through NW, I knew you'd want to check out this KC-45, sure is an interesting herb, unique flavor and potent. Starts off with a euphoric high and then levels off to "groovy" feelings. About to puff a bowl right now! :)
We'll see how mother nature treats us this year aye? :passitleft:

Aloha Brotha Hope your Day was Great :thumb:
Mahalo and much thanks! A great Weednesday to you Cronny :high-five:

Good Evening Weed Brother Bee, thanks for dropping by. Good to hear from you. Thanks, we should have an update for us tomorrow afternoon, I'm interested as much as the next how my ladies have grown. I also plan to harvest the KC-45 this weekend and move the Blackberries into light deprivation cycle, and move this growing cycle one step forward. I have been enjoying the KC-45 a lot, well atleast what samples I had cut last week. Very potent herb, real happy with it, although it could be better, but I can't complain about a winter grow. Really interesting and unique flavor and feelings it gives me, hits real hard in the vape on the first hit and tastes great. I also cut a large amount of the compact pheno down last week, its mainly that large main cola that is finishing up + the whole airy pheno. Hoping to god these new KC-45 autoflowers that are currently in early bloom will not go into reveg lol :Namaste:

:wood: Good morning Lester!

It's 5.33 AM here EST & it is supposed to be a beautiful day, It's dawn and the birds have started to chirp & sing. I love spring and the renewal of life. How's the gardens going? Have anything planned for today? Give the tortoise and Kitty a nice pat on the back from me!

Have a morning :passitleft: & enjoy your day!

It is a beautiful day here too! Best one we had in a long time. The plants are loving it today, they are really enjoying it. Been watching those cabbage butterflies and monarchs flying around through the garden. Plenty of birds, an angry tortoise, and a sedated cat  Todays garden update will be as follows, and then after this I will get to work on a regular garden update. :surf:

Aloha Brotha Hope you have a Wonderful Thurweed day :thumb:
Aloha and thank you my friend! I sure will, you too brother! :passitleft:

Weekly Update
OK so here we are, pretty major update here to kick off page 31, which I'm sure will go by quickly. The "probable male" still hasn't shown sex yet, whereas all the ladies are going hard. Many of them exhibited a great stretching accompanied with increased pistil growths, I cannot stress enough how much I am hoping these autoflowers do not reveg again, since I'll only be able to fit the 4 BB's into the chamber. On top of that, the airy and compact phenos still aren't done, they'll need some more time. In the pictures you can see a lot of the fimming sights where there has been a good stretch, however for the one KC-45 she began to flower without much of a stretch, so the two forming colas are bundled up real close together. That one is actually just starting trichome production as well :cheertwo: The plants absolutely LOVED their watering feast today, they will also get a sea kelp spray in the breeze after they become shadowed by the fence. I believe it is around 80° out there today. Definitely the butterflies and moths are starting to gear up for the peak flight time #1 as the temperatures stay warmer for longer periods of time. I am also puffing the flowers that I cut last week from the KC-45 compact and they are some potent flowers! Gets me right where I need to go.. but I think I see a small batch of Magical Budder being made in the near future :circle-of-love: Alright lets just get to the pics, Enjoy.

Looking so good Lester. What's this about a auto reveg? Happy thurweedday

Poke/re-weave/tuck those taller branches back under those SCROG screens. They are in "VEG" now. RE-directing them to fill the screen with terminal nodes, 75% or so screen filling until the 12/12 or what ever photoperiod initiates bud growth is what you want to strive for.

The plants are simply amazing looking, even the 'airy' pheno.

I'm thinking of starting another journal, like maybe Sunday. You will be the first on the invite list. I have a nice SCROG plant I would like you to see. I've never used that technique before but I'm happy with the result.

My friend, keep up all the good work.

Nice rich greenery
:thanks:

Always love these Weekly Updates! Am a Lifer on this Thread, the other Garden also!

:bravo:
Thank you kindly ;)

Howdy Bill, the KC-45s (autoflowers) that are very close to the finish line ended up trying to reveg on me in mid bloom - that is why I have been and currently am force flowering them!!! Hopefully this next batch does not have this problem! Looks like they are flowering away though now :thumb:

Good idea with the tuck 'n weave, for some reason I have had so many things on my mind that wasn't one of them, lol but your right I would like to see some kind of symmetry with this one, don't want any alph-alpha colas stickin up! So I went out there and did the 'ol tuck n weave on it :surf: The screen is pretty small so theres only so much tucking and weaving I'll be able to do lol. Over all I'm pretty happy with things, everything in the tent is flowering which is PERFECT, as soon as the KC-45 is cut and done (really trying to be patient with them) then I will immediately take advantage and force flower the BB's while the new KC-45s should flower naturally. :Namaste: Yeah the airy pheno turned out to be the best specimen I got so far, the flavors, frost content are incredible, Not the best texture but what does it matter if its getting ground up in the vape or MB machine lol, over all I'm super happy that I can vaporize my homegrown medicine and not have to rely on the expensive club buds anymore, it's like hitting a home-run :cheertwo:

Good stuff there Lester, the KC-45 looks good up close hope she tightens up for you. loose but looks potent hope she rocks your word, LOL. Great grow My friend look forward to many more colas, Peace OG
Hey thanks Buddy, potent flowers for sure, even though the texture is not perfect, its an interesting puff. All I've really been puffing is the compact pheno which isn't nearly as frosty as the airy and its still hella potent. Like I said before, this herb is probably ment for the true sativa aficionados. Hoping I can get some pretty good results with this new batch, but I'm really more interested in my Blackberry.:circle-of-love:

Also everyone feel free to check out my regular garden update through the link in my signature, I posted some pretty good pictures, and also as I just went outside I found a HUMONGOUS bloom of inky caps, going to take a picture of them and probably pick them right away, even though they're beneficial this is a big bloom and I don't want my yard covered in mushrooms
