Yeah, I'm gonna do them in solo cups, hiding them in the indirect light under the canopy of the veg plants.

By the time the clones start actually growing, the flower room should be ready for harvest. I'll shift the first round of clones over to flower and leave the youngest cuts in the veg box.

Should work out as planned, but if I hit a traffic jam somewhere, I've got no problem tossing clones in the trash & cutting again later.

Not sure if I want to keep the big sisters in veg perpetually, and just flower out the clone babies, or just roll the big ladies into flower & keep the littles in veg.... :hmmmm:
Guess we'll have to see how the rooting goes with this bunch.

Surprisingly, cutting clones is the one area of growing where I've never struggled.... probably because I don't do it very often. 😅

In my lifetime, I've taken like 30-ish clone cuts, but I've had 100% take root.

You have the process Nailed! Very Impressive! ❤️

At one point, I split my Flower room in half to Harvest half every month. 8 to 9 weeks veg was Toooooo long in Hydro!

It sure is a balancing act sometimes. LoL

I'm kicking around the idea of buying a small tent for any "overflow" I might cause.

Thanks @Lerugged I'm very pleased with this crew so far! Terps are definitely starting to develop now, I've just got so many smells in there that it's hard to tell which smell is coming from which plant. LoL
The whole room smells of skunky/cheesy dank right now, but I'm hiding a Triple Cheese plant in the back corner who is adding to the aroma.

Stem rubs on the CDXLC18..
Plant #1 and #4 both have a smell of rotten fruit, kind of fermented smelling

Plant #2 is sweet smelling fruit with a hint of armpit/foot smell

#3 is pretty much skunk... maybe a fruity Skunk, but definitely not sweet like the others. She's pungent AF. 🤘
 
The Black Poisonberry that I had was real skunky growing! Then when it's time to burn it became magically floral in my mouth. I mean hocus hocus magic! Like from, oh man I'm gonna puke, to, oh man where's my lady to share this! (Hah! that would be if she didn't think all weed tasted like weed!) :love: I'm thinking #3 's description comes close.

Those plants look perfect!
 
Quick update...

Went thru the flower room and cleaned things up a bit. Plucked a bunch of leaves and added stakes & ties where necessary.

Plants #3 and #4 have thinner branching and heavy buds. They needed some crutches to get across the finish line.

Plucked a dozen or so obstructive leaves from each plant. Trying to get more light down to the lowers.

All seems to be going smoothly; should be harvesting around Christmas.

All of their clone babies are hitting their stride now. Starting to get nice & thick. 🤘 I clipped em back a bit to keep em from overgrowing the tiny room.

Not sure which I like more yet... I learned short & bushy when I was growing up in the attic, but I'm starting to think the tall/lanky ladies produce better buds in my current grow room.
