I see no difference maybe more . The first day might be 1/2 gallon less then the next day back to normal 2 gallons plus s day on the hydro.

They drink more and more as they get deeper into flower until they slow down near the end. Variations in that pattern can definitely exist as long as the plants look good.

So my buddy uses pro mix hp here where I live. Our tap water is about 7.3 7.4. He has never once checked ph on his grows. Feeds from tap. Let's the water sit though. We have boat loads of chlorine in the water.

Always good to evap the chlorine! We use chloramine down here which doesn't outgas. Hasn't seemed to bother the plants though. Straight tap, no more pH'ing!

I just bought a bale of pro mix hp today. New clones are going into that once they ready to transplant. I had another issue with that other medium and ph swings. Not really sure what I do once in a while but I'll be happy to get away from that. My current medium is so damn picky.
