Update:

Some of the girls found a new home.

The one with the deficiency is fixed I believe. When I raised the ph to 6.5 it started to get really bad. On the next feed I gave it a full dose of nutes at 5.8 ph and the deficiency cleared up and new growth quickened.

Whatever it was it certainly seems to be working :).
 
I'm waiting for just one water stain on that wood!
 
Plants look great! And since I'm sure you have some extra wood laying around, why not raise the shorter ones to the level of the tallest?

Different plants respond differently (and at different speeds) to drying out, so keep an eye on that. I did not know this plant would look like this in the morning o_O
