Dunno whats happening to the colour in this photo. The top one is closest to what I see
It's just light bouncing around the flat little trichomes that cover every inch of the plant above the soil line. Shift it just a bit and you get different hues. I play with that all the time in my over-the-top posts.
I have to say Rascio, my favorite line as I caught up was "We'll never know. I ate it."

HID for now. This oughta get me growing. It also leavrs more in the budget to get everything I need to get the other aspects of environment dialed in. Need to do a little homework.

Agreed Chef. I have never tried LED, but have seen great results. I have a 600 and 1000 HPs that are ten years old. They work great, they do pull on the power bill. Still waiting for the LED pricing to come down.
Marshydro's 600w LED panels are only like 150 a piece. Right now im working on a very restricted budget.. When i finally get moved i'll be setting up a 5x5 tent with 2x 600w LEDs
They're closing out their old model 100x3s on the 'bay right now for 71 bucks a pop, shipped. They draw 175 watts with a 5-band spectrum - that's 40 cents/watt.

Then, when the coast was clear, I threw them in jail.

I seem to have lost the assembly diagram to my grow tent
. I'll get it together, but its gonna take some noggin scratchin'. Unless someone knows someone who has a photo of an Apollo Horticulture grow tent .... (mine is 4'*2')
