re: QT's Second Grow - 1st Journal
Whats good QTL!!!
checkin in on ya before I get back to school work!!! check this... point your fan more towards the pots, but inside the room!!! it should circulate around the room more better without hitting the leaves directly!!! see if that works and let me know!!!
About purpling, I thought it was genetics as well... but after having all of my plants do this... its not... it is a deficiency... figuring out which one is the trick right now!!! it has me and Corey stumped!!! this is what I have been looking up on here most of the time, if i'm not in journals or school work!!! the closest that I have found is what I mentioned already... the Manganese or Sulfer, they both show signs like Nitrogen deficiency but they both have the purpling in them!!! I have found that it looks more like Sulfur than Manganese!!! due to that it shows in the top veg growth and the bottom at the same time... Nitrogen would be yellowing with no purpling but from the bottom up!!!
Have you checked your pH??? make sure that you are stabbing the probe all the way down to the roots so you know what they are getting!!!
It is so good to have you back sista!!!
is BF gonna join our wonderful community???
give him a plant and let him get a journal going as well... let5 him take care of it!!! and ask his own questions!!!
Just a thought!!!
Well Aston, the fan is big as hell, let me tell you, not many ways I can put that damn thing. I can move it further away from them. I plan on going by the dollar store prolly on Friday so I will see what kind of fan I can find. Maybe something way smaller that I can put in there with them. So should I turn my fan off, set it on low and move it further away? At the same time, I don't want the closet to get too hot either with the hps in there.
I just went and checked them real quick and moved the fan further away. CannaVanna is damn near bone dry, wtf? And Miss Budd is a little moist but I think she can handle some molasses and water. I have just started giving on a regular basis due to advice from Ggrant. So I got some water boiling on the stove now. Some of CannaVanna's stems are a little reddish purple but I chalked it up to being a DNA trait because there is nothing wrong with her. Miss Budd doesn't have any purpling at all. We still got a pistil explosion going on...
