Purple Pics

Hey @Bill284 I was going thru my journal and I was like way out there in panic mode because I found a cal-mag issue and you posted this

stick with the recommendation.
A top dress of Epsom salts will help.
Or spray the leaves with Epsom salt dissolved in water.
But unless it’s terrible the feeding should help pretty quick.

now that I don't have my HEAD UP MY AZZ I missed something important. explain the Epsom salt Im always soaking some part of my body in it why not fix plants with it lol ( true sign of an old man)

So sorry I'm late getting back to everyone. :Namaste:
Actually took a day off everything yesterday.
It was wonderful to just be with Howie for the whole day.
Except for the 5 minutes I went fishing.
I caught the most incredibly beautiful Speckled trout " brook trout "
The colors when it came out ot the river were indescribable.
Hands down the most beautiful fish I've caught in my life.
Unfortunately by the time I got to my tablet - after falling in the river twice landing the fish and drying off and changing clothes-:rofl: the beautiful colors had faded in the sun.
But if you had of seen the fun Howie had with the fish, feken hilarious.
He never saw one before and his reaction when he was trying to figure out what it was and it would start flopping, absolutely Hilarious.
The rest of the day was perfect.
Fish and chips for dinner. ;)
Perfect end to a great day with my wonderful wife Stacey.
It was yummy.

Stay safe

Its been awesome from the get go can't thank every1 enough for the advice and guidance with me getting back into things. Ye definitely ill be upotting tomorrow I think when i grab those root pouches. Does the soil have to be wet when i up pot? Just because theyll be due a drink tomorrow so they could be a little dry. Also I have some Xtreme gardening myko to sprinkle on which should work a treat hope they enjoy it. Thanks again guys appreciate the help :slide:

how are things going @Bill284 and everyone else I just feed my plants for the first stime since my flush I use tap water and my tap is about 5.5 at the time of the flush I PHed my feed to 6.4 I use a soil test kit and a meter after I fed them my soil ph is about 5.5 according to the test. is it low because the water I used to flush it was low? is this something to worry about if I keep watering and feeding at 6.3 to 6.5 ? would it be a good idea to sprinkle a little lime on top of the soil? is there a better home remedy to raise my ph back to 6.3 - 6.5? was it the chicken or the egg? these are the questionsI ponder. did ya ever think that @Bill284 is to purple pics what the bat signal is to Gotham city? of course gotta give a shout-out to another helpful members too .yeah I'm stoned again dont drink just stoned
Good night all

He Mucker :ciao: hope your having a great day.
A table spoon per litre dissolved in water is plenty of Epsom salts for a spray.

I find if the soil is too dry during the uppot they fall apart.
They don't have to be wet damp is fine.
As long as they aren't falling apart.
The myko will be perfect.
I accidentally got savvags question here. Sorry.

Good morning @Savvage61 :ciao:
Soil ph becomes nutrient ph when you feed.
The soil will be engulfed in so much water it takes the ph of your feed.
So feeding at 6.3 maximizes the time nutrients are available to the roots.
As it dries the ph will slowly revert back to the natural ph of the soil.
The only time I'd worry is if it was really out of wack.
Stop trying to fek things up, hehe.
Soil is fine just concentrate on what is going in.
And those temps, ndid you move down stairs yet?
Here I got one for you.
Have you seen a vpd chart.
I like to run 1.25 to 1.3 if I remember correctly.
Been a while but there abouts.
Under 80f though for hard buds and gooey tric's.
VPD chart. @Gangamane for you too.

Thanks Jon, apologies for the late reply.
That was the most beautiful Brooke trout I've ever caught.
Colors were spectacular at first.
But by the time I fell in the river twice and got changed and found my tablet the Colors were faded.
I was playing with Howie and ended up by the river.
I just grabbed the rod on a whim, wasn't planning on fishing.
Then boom second drift nailed it.
Then I fell in trying to land it.
Stacey and I had fish and chips for dinner that night.
Pan fried trout, terrific.
Hope everything is going well my friend.
