Ok, so here is your card....
WIN_20200430_15_31_16_Pro.jpg

Che Guevera. The only character in this deck of cards who appears on T-shirt which normal people might wear lol

So we have a first round victory for HH. Saddam wasn't going to budge without a little help

Ok, so let's try again shall we. Would you both like to pick another card....
:passitleft:

Lol. Here is your next card HH....
WIN_20200430_15_40_19_Pro.jpg

Moammar Ghadaffi. Libyan dictator who had a net worth of 200.000.000.000$ making him the 8th richest man to have ever lived. Was killed during a revolution by his own people.

This could be your last card HH if you make the right choice....pressure!
:passitleft:

Lol, is it weird I’m rooting for @TriangleCheese? It seems like whoever goes first has a real advantage.
I'd say that would be true if you were familiar with the deck but I think you have just been lucky and sensible. You seem to know a lot about unsavoury characters lol

Here is your card TC....
WIN_20200430_16_33_22_Pro.jpg

Hernan Cortes. Conquistador responsible for decimating Central and South America during the 16th century.

Commiserations my friend. HH wins the round and the (shortened version of) game.

There were a few who could have beaten Hernan. Fidel Castro, Ivan the Terrible, Yasser Arafat, Francisco Franco and Muhammed Suharto would have all beaten Hernan.

Well that is it. The 8th and final seed will be the Kandy Kush from Reserva Privada.

I'm glad that we didn't need to choose all of the seeds like that lol.

Well played HH :bravo:

Lmao, what a way to pick a seed! Thanks for the game Professor. A round of applause for my worthy competitor @TriangleCheese. :high-five:

Lmao, now can you try not to kill her this time Prof! :laughtwo:

My pleasure HH. Now we need to decide what lighting to use. How about a game of retired porn-stars top trumps?
It was fun for sure :passitleft:
Thanks for playing TC. Lol. When the game is played with the full deck it can go backwards and forwards for hours which was why I made it best of 3. Nobody got the OP Hitler card. His only weakness is his short stature and turdy moustache (apologies Chaplin) lol

Good game guys

Hey 420. Yesterday was a bit of fun though we did focus on a lot of evil so today I thought I'd show you some love and do a quick recap on most of everything that I've managed to fit in my new bedroom grow space. It feels like we've done quite well so far lol.

The coco grow is coming along nicely and there has been almost zero drama. We have had a bit of mould on some pots but that is under control now but other than that the bottom feeding is going much better than I had expected.
I think that I have already decided which plants will be kept for reveging at the end of this grow. I will be taking a Crumbled Lime as it is just an awesome plant. Both pheno's are keepers though I only want to take one and at the moment #2 is just winning. It smells amazing and has some excellent frost production. The smell is also divine though its tricky to describe. I don't think I'm getting the same as @Lewydeville as he described his as smelling like lime. Mine seem to be more like a sweet and very pungent floral smelling plants. I can smell Kush in there but also something else but I can't work it out yet. I will almost certainly be taking both of the Exotic Genetix strains as well. They stink! Both of them. The Double D's is heavy and savoury. That garlic smell is still there but it is becoming a bit acrid. It is sharp and has sour notes like picked onions. The Hoe Down has also stepped up its game over the last week or so. The smell reminds me of a classic skunk but with a sweet and almost lavender like edge to it. Both of those are becoming greasy and are also fast plants which is a nice bonus. I can't believe how well the Double' D's is turning out since her poor start. I think she would have been a large and productive plant had she no have been so far behind. The rest are all a little slower but not bad plants at all. The French Macaron is another potential mother but she will have to be special to beat the previously mentioned plants. To be honest this is probably the best grow I have had in a while as none of these are worrying me and all look like they will be nice in the end.
These are feeding at a higher strenge than my Barneys soil grow and are enjoying it at the moment. We have reached the maximum recommended strength with these and are feeding at 16g of MC per 10 litres. I changed it because they were finishing 2 gallons very quickly and it seems to be working if I fill the 10ltr watering can right up. I used the MC calculator to work it out.
so, here we are on flowering day 40....

The tent next door which contains the Barneys grow is very nearly finished up now. We are mere weeks away from absorbing the equipment and space from that one and closing down the thread. That is good news for this journal though as we will have more room for more plants. I do have a vote to put to you all though which you may be interested in.
Basically after the Barneys grow has finished we will obviously be growing more plants. That much is a certainty. I'm giving you guys the option of what lighting we should use next. The Barneys plants are currently sitting under a 100w Quantum board style grow light which I think is doing pretty well Though the results are not in yet. My guess is that it will be 5 or 6 oz which is very good GPW if we achieve that. What I would like to know is whether or not you guys would like to see another grow (this time it will be more conventional) using the 100w light to see what it is made of or if you would like to see what a 200w high bay light is capable of on its own. The QB is obviously designed to grow plants and has specific wavelengths for the job plus infrared. The 200w highbay fixture is not designed for growing at all but is twice the power and destroys the QB in regards to (visible) brightness. It is a choice that you will have to decide on as I'm just like that lol. I know which one I'd go for but I'm not telling.
Anyway, here is the Barneys grow at flowering day 50....

Not bad at all for a mere 100w of power. Officially the cheapest grow I have ever done. I love the look of the Ayahuasca Purple....

Next up is the veg/mother tent. My plan with these is to now get them ready for flower. These are the plants which will be under the 100w or 200w light which I will leave up to you guys to decided. They are doing well and have been cut back more times than I can remember now. They may get one more trim though I will decide that based on how much they grow over the next couple of weeks. I intend to fill the tent up more than I have done with the barneys plants and hope to really push what can be achieved from a space of this size. They are growing very fast though if I am correct in my guestimation then we wont have a problem doing that. This will also be a bottom fed coco grow but I'm going with plastic pots this time around....

Next up we have the clones. Only one has failed me which is a HPD cutting in a yoghurt pot. The rest are doing well and should (fingers crossed) root for me. I threw out the bad HPD earlier as I could see that it wasn't gong to take. These will be the new mother plants once they root. Also in this pic are the 2 Caramelo regs which are both just about to push through. I know this because I looked earlier. We should be seeing them in the morning....

Finally we have the Tropicanna Banana cuttings in the jar which are still going. I could and probably should take one as the new mother just in case the other cuttings dont take. They seem happy in here for now. Here they are next to my other herbs....

Roots!....

That's it for everything in the bedroom. There are other things going on outside but its dark so I will get some snaps of them tomorrow. For now though I hope you have all enjoyed my little tour of what is possible with limited space. I'm enjoying myself and I hope you are to
Happy growing everyone.

Wow! Nice roots!! I meant to mention it to you on my thread the other day, but nebula haze did a - cuttings in a cup - experiment on insta. The cuttings rooted and did well for about two months, but then died. Looks like we might want to figure out what we’re gonna do with those puppies... :hmmmm:
