That guy is my idol man. My first growing video tutorial on the tube. That scene is my favorite, ended up being an inside joke in one a journal on this site. We were supposed to be subbing as weed stalkers with camo. I remembered this scene and said I was going to hide in the plants like Green Man! Funnier when it happened really. My point was that now I use it every now and again when I sub on a journal. You happened to be my target this time lol.

Just an FYI The way I have my fan/ducting set up is as follows a hole close to the window is the main input it goes into my first light then the 2 lights are connected with duct and the output of enclosure 2 goes into the fan and the fan pushes it out of my room. This accomplished 2 things for me, first i was able to manage the heat to whatever temp wanted, 2 it allows me to keep the humidity under control and at the same level as the rest of the basement which is between 35% and 50%. I have a carbon filter but there is no real need for one till harvest in my opinion

actually creating negative pressure i think stressed the motor, it would be less stress if the air coming in from the outside entered the light and then went out the exit into the room, or back out the window. But hey WTF do i know im subbed in to find out thats for sure, i had mine hooked up similar but couldnt control the heat/humidity properly, i am running 2 600w and require cool air coming in from the outside in order to cool, and be careful with that heater inside it will dry the shit out of everything ;-) lesson i learned the hard way lol

so you suck air from outside, into the tent, through lights, then a fan directly outside? how do you move the air the plants breath?

Well I have my setup a tent within a room so i maintain the room temp with a heater and that keep the tent temp stable when lights are off(daytime), The tent is left open with fans blowing and window letting in fresh air, lights on the tent is open and window is open and fand are blowing

but you could easily setup small fans at the portholes to cycle fresh air in and out also.
I also try to keep as much stuff out of the tent as possible, I want lights plants fans thats it ideally

my issue is at my friends house, my room is a gang den, and have to keep the room door shut. we have a box fan that is CONSTANTLY ON. or it gets real warm in the room. cold air comes in return in the window even though im exausting out. friends mom teaches music here and cant have the place smelling like amsterdam, from either smoking or growing in the room.

I would consider then cooling the lights with one system and venting the tent/room with another smaller fan pulling in all other holes and out one hole into the fan and out the window

I am at day 43 in flower and i have a light odor from the tent and huge odor from smoking I wish i could get he entire basement to stink something furious i would be in heaven

Might have to get another fan, hope not tho, the fan on low pulls air (like a champ) in from the door and the window(room), almost creating the effect already, I just need to set up another humidifier I think lol. Ive got one in the tent now and another not hooked up, might just set that one up in the room and turn the box fan off high thats in the window, I can put an entry duct into my closet at the opposite end of the room with a lint screen and run the humi in there, prolly get some moldy clothes tho. haha

Well when i just hooked up my system like the image i no longer have the need for the 2 humidifiers i had running one inside and one outside, they use a lot of power and you dont need a 600cfm fan your window fan would work just fine or you know what i like is the dual fans for the window set one on in and the one blowing out run a duct to it fron the tent and it will pull the air from the room through the tent and out the window while blowing in fresh air

or you can vent the lighting duct into your room to heat the room(that is what i do heat the basement), no smell if its a sealed light. sorry if i am hijacking your thread im high and i drank a 5 hour energy so i cant stop
