PK Perpetual Grow Journal 2020

I love his enthusiasm ..but, until he gets that water level under control the rest doesn’t matter . might be a language barrier ?
I've read the entire thread, spent quite a bit of time trying to help, to which he seems to think I've only helped a couple times. Im not exactly sure where the disconnect lies.

You have been awesome ! I tried to help him A couple of times also but i truly think there could be a language barrier . I get lost in all the natter ..haha
if I see something glaring ..like using iso in a hydro bucket  I’ll try to offer some advise but he’s gotta learn haha

Thank you. I hear you. Yeah there has been some interesting conversation and some unusual advise. The screw in the trunk of the plant is my favorite so far.

Yeah that was pretty funny!
I had a massive split with my latest king tut girl accidently and it seemed to grow 4 separate plants so I was curious about how that was going to work out for him , but again , I get lost in all the natter - sigh

only time I’d drive a screw or pencil thru a plant is to make her finish, but I’d probably try lowering the temps and adjusting the environment first haha :yummy::ganjamon:

@PK if you are looking for ever clear , or pure food grade alcohol there are plenty of Canadian companies that will ship to your door , but the ONLY TIME YOU SHOULD USE ANY KIND OF CLEANING AGENT IN YOUR TENT or buckets is at the end of your run to disinfect for the next ..a quick rinse with tap water during a bucket change is sufficient cleaning for your bucket during your grow . hense, you should probs get a spare bucket

keep on keeping on! :yummy::ganjamon:
i have a 3rd bucket that i fix my water in first and then i switch the buckets.
My cleaning process during bucket change is to just wash the bucket with bleach which gets it cleaned well.

The crazy part is he didn't know what he was using.
in all fairness i knew what i ordered and expected it to be the same. Also on the bag it says mc and the packaging looks the same. Except for the part that says part A lol!

yes you did and thank you for all the help and suggestions. I don't know why or how you think that i think you've only helped couple times? as far as i consider everyone has helped me plenty. :thanks:

the screw in the stem puts the plant in a super mode and makes the plant absorb more to gain bigger yield. I called jimjonesjr to explain it better cuz i didn't want to say something that sounded stupid, but he didn't.

I think PK has Munchausen by proxy syndrome haha.
wow! thx bud!

I agree with NH your using z9 it say on the bottle to discontinue use of hydrogen peroxide, chlorine, colloidal silver and enzyme product. You have to let the z9 do what it's supposed to. When changing water a scrub down with just water and then rinse should be allbyou need. You need vto decided if you want to un a sterile system or not. Z9 Is not for a system.

guys, i'm not sure how my conversation is misleading, but i don't use bleach, alcohol, iso pro or whatever that fuking name is with Z9.

I am simply saying, once my water change is done, then i wash my old bucket with bleach. that's it.
i don't know how else to put it in plain english :laughtwo: :laughtwo:

The run i did with water and alcohol was just to clean the shit up.

Hey, you are in the best place to hone your growing skills. You got this! :)

My first and last grow was 3 years go!! :nervous-guy:

:passitleft:
ya lovely people if i don't piss them off:thanks:

Okay just so I’ve got this right, are you saying you drink bleach and wash in alcohol when you see your pro who is called Z9?

Actually I'm talking about not knowing the difference between alcohol and peroxide. Regardless of not being able to read the label

As to the " helping" remark, YOU said i had only helped you a couple times

The screw in the stalk of the plant was primo. I have a couple other ways to build stress into your plant. Heres a good one: light half of your plant on fire. It has to be the half with the biggest buds. Once the fire is safely put out feed with Pillsbury "white" cake mix for the life of the plant. Another, pour ammonia into the res the last 3 weeks of flower. This will cause a chemical reaction that will make the THC content 50 times stronger. An oldie but a goodie... this one only works for hydro. 2 weeks before harvest. Yank the plant out of its bucket and transplant it in the yard with the roots sticking straight up. This will cause the floem and xylem to flow backwards pulling all the remaining nutrients to migrate away from the buds. After 2 weeks pull up the plant, carefully remove the dirt clods on the buds and save them, they are full of THC. Dry the plant as you would normally.

There's a certain amount of common sense in growing. Granted there some seemingly silly things we do, by and large it usually makes sense. The screw thing isn't one of those things. If you want to stress your plant at harvest just turn the lights out for a while. Get a 10000K bulb if you're growing with bulb lights, water less, etc.

Quick update, interesting findings.
So I haven't been feeling so hot and some issues have shown up because of it
58 degrees in my res shouldn't happen thats for sure. The next issue kinda came out of nowhere. Aphids have seriously put the whammy on the Candida. I watered the plants yesterday and they looked great. Today not so much. This is very strange. The bugs didn't attack the Purpley which was very close by. So I sprayed the living shit out of the with a 3:10 part alcohol water. I will spray them with neem before I go to bed tonight. So strange. The only way they could get in would require going through 3 doors, everything else has a filter on it. Oh well. We'll see how it goes. Roll film
you should dig a hole add some bowanda and stick the plant in the hole upside down. It will get them away. ;)

If I didn't know better I would have thought you were kidding
