Pigeons420's Re-Veg/Re-Generation of The Hog

Your both absolutely right. I have been going slow at taking lower growth off and trimming her a bit. The long holiday means the family is home and I don't quite make it down to the room for as long as I would appreciate sometimes. My son is only 3 and I don't want him to become to aware of the area. And since he requires most of my attention I try not to divide it between him and my hobby. haha but that easier said then done

I would love to take you up on your advice OG and wait until the screen is completely full but I just don't think I have the time left in my autos. I would really like to move them along and get going with another couple strains that I can play with in veg... Never really thought the whole idea out about having to share the room between the 3 girls. I am still more than interested in getting a new light. Im just waiting on the tax man still :( of course its my own dang fault why it's taking so long... haha...

Any way I shall post some more pictures tomorrow morning.. its amazing how much work gets done on her as the days go by... I know it wouldn't take too much longer before I have a majority of the screen full, I just don't know how long I can push it..

Good night folks. Lots of love to all of you!

UPDATE

Good day friends!!!

What a day in the room! Everything is beefing up so handsomely. The reveg is busting with tops! I have decided I continue her in veg for another couple weeks, I'm anxious to switch her over but I want to fill the screen as best I can. There are still a couple little tops trying to peak out from under the canopy, so I'll give them time to catch up. Then it's game on!

Nice! Good work. Don't forget don't need it full totally because you can keep tucking in stretched and that will finish it up. Also good time to take clones now. Areas where it is already very dense can be cut for clones. 3/4 full is great I expect.

Awesome good to know! I'm not actually interested in taking any clones from her. Haha. I'm done with her after this reVeg. I want to start something new afterwards. From my last order I still have Blueberry Headband and Matero Blue and I'm anxious to get going on them. The Hog has served her purpose to me after this. She's done me well and ready to move on. I will definitely be taking clones from my next go around.

Ok so here I went and did it anyway!

After our discussion, I went into the room to do some defoliating to the reveg and decided that the Tutekhamon was to tall for her own good. I decided to start bending her. Nothing to crazy just a little guidance away from the light. Either she dies from to much stress or it'll be the best thing for her. Only time will tell. Take a look.

Looks good. I did a bunch of bending last summer,, worked out well, got some buds sights to develop that might not otherwise. Those buds that are pointing to the deck will shoot to the light. They can take it, good luck buddy.

Thanks man!

She's a resilient girl. With 45 minutes she was damn near straight again. So I keep bending her a little more here and there. I just can't believe how tall she is.

Also, just noticed that I posted this in the wrong journal. Whoops.

It can be hard to keep straight. Especially while properly medicated. :laughtwo::green_heart:

That is the goal. I'm hoping as the next week goes by I can tuck and spread. Haha. Sounds sexual.

I definitley need to spread her out some. But she only stretches a little bit at a time. I'm new to this so, I'm sure there's a better or at least another technique that would be more appropriate. But it's steady as she goes. :)

Learn from the master.

Well that was a great video. I've been reassured that I'm really not doing nothing wrong. Love the V approach. It allows for more plants to SCROG all in one area.

Awesome video Sue, thanks!!

****UPDATE****
12/12 FLIP

Well, time has come! tonight will mark the first day of 12/12 for the grow room. I'm proud of where the Hog is at, in terms of growth. I'm not looking to set any records with her yield. This was my first time doin a reveg and I really just wanted to see what happened. She's exploded past my expectations already with how much growth she has. I left nothing more than just a few buds on her. And this is what I get for it!:adore:

Because this journal has been rather slow goings because of the reveg process, I thought I would post a series of photos that show her threw her journey. Just so we can see how much she has grown!

Take a look. Love you guys!
