The best writing always has rhythm, which is what I loved about this piece. It works both as a piece of writing and as a monologue :)

Sorry, Pidge (that's what I'm going to call you because you don't like birds and I can imagine that a Pidge is ... one of those wedgie doorstops? A meat pie? A TINY LUMP OF DELICIOUS HASHISH?) Stoned people have somehow got into your lovely thread and disrupted it.

MONDAY UPDATE

I'm going to do an update that includes all my adventures. I'm quickly learning that I cannot run a daily update anymore because of my work load. I'm always here but I'm not always able to spend 45 minutes banging off an update. Oh the joys of the daily grind!

I hope you're each feeling appreciated and warm today. I'm going to make todays mission to smile a little bit more at people I don't know. If not done properly it can really come off creepy and stalkerish but if done correctly, you can really warm someone's heart. :Love:

Things are clicking along nicely. I may need to cut back on my own updates........ Nope! Let's be realistic about that. :laughtwo: I'm addicted to the journaling. I just need to find balance for the day. I have no young ones to care for and no one grading my work, so I can be more indulgent.

Looking over your garden makes me long to get home. I almost paid to move the departure date ahead, but it's Vegas this weekend, so I talked myself out of it. Back to the work at hand. :Love:

Your plants look marvellous, sir. Always a nice time in your garden.

I wanted to thank you for putting me on to hemp wick. Some arrived for me today, along with a cool lighter case/holder/extinguisher :)

I blazed up my bong and you were not kidding. Not only does it taste 100% better without the butane but the smell of the smoke is much better. Say, when I walked back into the room after getting a drink :) Cleaner. Can't wait to try my pipe with this, but can't right now because I was having so much fun with the wick that I smoked WAY more than I usually do ... it was Afghani, so I'm feeling preeeeetty mellow right about now :)
