Pigeons420 Flies the Coop & Goes Perpetual in 2015

re: Pigeons420 Flies the Coop & Goes Perpetual in 2015

Ok let's get an update going here.

I know that we are all very busy with the threads around here. Helping folks out, learning or just general conversation takes up a lot of my time on this magazine. So, I think an update twice a week maybe 3 is going to be just fine. Give us some time to see the sights and meet new people!

Give me an hour. Update to follow

But first, I medicate.

***FRIDAY UPDATE***

Good morning Friends!

Such beautiful things happening in the garden today. I can't wait to share! But first let me tell you, my Fiancé and I met with the official that will be marrying us. That was an experience. I didn't think there would be so many questions to answer and things to get straight. All kinds of questions from our parents birth information to how we would like to go about a tree planting ceremony. Actually, this was one of my favorite parts. At first I didn't know how to take it but, later I thought about it, and it only made sense. Not only are we bonding the lives of two people but we are returning that energy back to the earth through a symbolic tree planting. So, that was a lot of fun. Every part of this experience has been a positive and motivating one. Reassures me I'm making the right decision :P

Anyways, to the garden. Things are great!

FLOWER BOMB KUSH (week 12 veg)
She got her daily bend before the pictures so she looks a bit more deformed than usual. She has been spending a few hours a day under the HPS to get her ready for a change over. I haven't fed her for a couple weeks because I want her to fully rebound before I send her into flower. All her new growth is looking great and really starting to lighten up. So, she is on the right track.

MATARO BLUE (week 1 flower)
Stretching out nicely. I can't believe how full this girl is. Look at that LEAF! Wow! She only stands about 13-14in and that leaf is huge. She is doing everything right! I did notice a little heat stress. To fix this I needed to remove a level on my sophisticated raising platform (mega blox). So, she's about an inch and a half lower. We'll see how she responds to it.

GREEN CRACK (week 6 flower)
Can I call her the prize of the show? She is coming along nicely. I can't wait to put her in a jar and add her to the collection. I put her down for another 4 weeks until harvest. It'll be the first harvest as a married couple haha.

*****TUESDAY UPDATE*****

Good day to all of you! I hope today brings peace and serenity. Take a moment and appreciate all that you have. My head is high today and I am looking to find peace. My head is high today for my girl, SweetSue. It's high for the passing of her husband, Dale. I'm holding my head high because I can't take his passing as a negative, I must celebrate the life of two beautiful people, to which I never would have met had the scenarios been any different. Sue is an amazing individual that has inspired me to be a better person. The love between her and her husband is so strong and infectious that I'm envious of it. The world is a better place because Dale and Susan came together. I can only hope for this connection, dedication, and impact for my Fiancé and I. Love you, Susan!

Now, everyone lets join hands and meander through the paths of my garden. The presence of each of you motivates me to be the best gardener I can and I can't wait to show you what I have going on. Lots of excitement!

Flower Room

MATARO BLUE(week 2 Flower)
She is so thick! Her nodes are tight and beefy. Her leaves are huge and I'm excited to see what sort of stature she will have full of buds. Can you seen the pistils? It's starting!

FLOWER BOMB KUSH(week 1 Flower)
Well look who made it into the flower room! She fits in quite well. I put her in her on Friday I believe and she is already showing me pistils! How exciting. I think, other then some Nitrogen abundance, she is looking great. I'll wait until later this week to give her her first flowering feeding. I imagine once she starts getting pumped full of flowering nutes she should lighten up. Doesn't she look nice in there?

GREEN CRACK
This girl gets me excited like a child when I get to take a close look at her. She is starting to become fragrant. When I open the door in the morning I'm taken back by the smell. Can't wait to get a carbon filter.

CRITICAL HOG REVEG

Let the craziness begin!!!

The hog is beginning to show some reveg. Its been about 3 weeks since she was harvested. So she is right on track.

If you can't tell what you're seeing, the light green leaves with no trichomes. They're shooting out everywhere. I imagine I'm probably getting myself into way more than I can handle, but oh well. Live and learn.

Reveg is looking good! You make the call but personally on that bomb kush I wouldnt give her ANY nutes for at least 2-4 weeks... You must be getting some PPM readings on her run off? What are they? The new growth from her is looking a lot better though!

Yea her PPM reading on run off is about 400. Same as my reseviour. Her PH is still a bit acidic coming in around 5.3. Still just watering.

I won't give her any nutes for a couple weeks. Let her adjust. She will need some phosphorous soon. But she can wait a couple weeks

re: Pigeons420 Flies the Coop & Goes Perpetual in 2015

She's beautiful Professor! She's certainly something to be proud of. Good work!

I can definitely tell that cloning would be a great way to go with a reveg because of all the tops that sprout up. Cloning is something that I have yet to try. Looking forward to it but at the same time, I'm still new enough to this game that I want to try a little bit of everything before I start cloning any particular one plant.
