GOOD MORNING FRIENDS!
Just want to give a shout out to our contests this month, we've got another jam packed roster for nominees in MOTM. A group of incredible individuals whom monitor the problems and new members around this website. I was greeted here a year ago by a fellow by the name of BEATO. Haven't seen him around in ages but it was his warm hand and comfort that started my journey here at 420. These people are doing the same thing, taking care of the little guys!

Oh batman will return! My son and I share him and he's not always readily available.
But his return is inevitable!
When it comes to autos and bondage I say, save your money and just get a feminized photo and do the bondage to save the money. Auto flowering seeds cost slightly more than photos and if you're going to train them, you might as well do a photo. It's going to take the same amount of time. For less money!

And if you clone them you can keep growing them over and over. Cloning is super easy, not sure why more people here don't do it

Plenty o folk clone,, the threads are full of em cloners,, and i will disagree with one point of yours,, cloning is not so simple,, not consistently, not unless one has all the tools,, for newbs, lika moi, it can be a challenge to consistently produce clones on demand.
I think the answer is cloning combined with producing ones own seeds,, that is my goal anyway

There are some of us but we are a minority I think.
Think of how many cool plants pigeons has grown and let die, makes me sad ;-)
You can clone easiest with dirt and 6" tall cuts with only one leaf set. Drop the prepped cutting into the dirt and wait. Should root nearly every time within a few weeks.
Or if you want an easy bubbler you can put holes in a large yogurt container with lid. Then just need $10 air pump, air stone, tubing, and water. Super easy and nearly foolproof too.
I use one like that except it's a rubbermade bin.
Put them in, and a couple weeks later pull them out ready to go. Easy for me

Man I wish we could start a network. But unfortunately the legalities of it are too worrisome for me. We need to wait a few more months and then this shit will be legal and we can ship clones back and forth!

It's funny, but in some ways I'm more nervous now than I was before. Maybe because I feel that certain bodies of law enforcement in certain jurisdictions will crack down extra hard before it's all legalized. Just because they can. I feel I need to keep my nose extra clean right now

To get better results for your cloning next time might I suggest a few things:
use ph adjusted water only no fertilizer. I use tap water perhaps that helps (chlorine and stuff kills contaminants? ) not sure if it makes a difference. A week before taking clones try to starve your plants of nutrients just a bit with a quick flush. This will make them want to grow more roots I think to look for more. Seems to help and I think I heard it from Jorge but not sure. Use rooting hormone. Take good big 6" clones so the stem is solid and fairly thick but cut down to one leaf set to minimize transpiration. If that set is big then cut the tips off the leaves to drastically reduce their surface area. Do not hit them with mightly light. I use a 20w fluoro tube.

Hi everyone!!
So much excitement happening in here. I harvested a bit of the Jabb's Stash and left a little bit to mature a little bit more for some different smoke. Hollands Hope is showing some pistils finally. So, her flowering life has taken the first step and I'm eager to see how she does!

OG KUSH (Auto)
This girl is doing some wonderful things. I've grown OG Kush before so, I'll be looking to compare buds and taste.
WHITE WIDOW XL (Auto)
Isn't she cute? At this size, I've asked myself if I could grow a room of these? She's going to harvest me somewhere around a quarter ounce. It's not a lot but if I had a room of these, that would be a nice little selection.
JABB'S STASH
I harvested the cola on this girl because I wanted to see how the smoke was. It was a bit immature but I'm playing around with harvest times and potency so this girl will be a good test. I started this with the OG KUSH and the second round of buds was much different then the first round. So, let's do it again!

I tried to capture the pistils but my iPhone camera just does cut it for the real close shots. But she is in full flowering mode! What an exciting time!

To hit back on the clones... I started one 4 days ago. Took a 4 inch cutting dipped in it GH BioRoots then put it in a 8oz pot. Put the pot in large zip lock bag and misted the insides. Closed the zip about 2/3 of the way but left breathing room. First 24 hrs and she flopped over, which is normal for clones. 24 hrs after that she was perked up again, and 24 hrs after that I could see roots through the drainage holes. I did it in order to see if the main plant is a female.
Pij, to touch back on autos and training. Why would it be faster to get a photo is an auto will flower earlier or does the training stop it from being an auto or something?
