On my way to Beanville!

So today is a joyous day as I ordered a new round of beans... 10 new strains total on the way. I must be feeling quite ballsy as some i only ordered one... Figure i have been running really well on popping them. So if out of all of them i miss one or two I am cool with that. Readd them to next order. So the SD and WW seeds popped and they will hit the coco tomorrow or the next day. Ever since I started using the pill bottle method I am 100% on popping them so lets hope it stays true.

So that's it just wanted to share in the new upcoming fun!

Can't wait to see how your huge train wreck turns out. My veg plants are around the same size even though I have been trying very hard to stunt them a bit just to get more clones. I will be a week or so behind you so I can learn some things because I am freaking out about the stretch in my 4x4x7 tent. Your garden is absolutely top notch. Looks like you have it dialed in.

Great compliments Noob I appreciate it. I have on my list of things to do... Defol the TW. I never usually do once in flower but I think it has such a canopy that everything below will not see much light. Hoping that due to the fact it recently went into flower it won't be too detrimental to do so. Everytime I have defoled in flower the plant hermie'd and had horrible fan leaves after... fingers crossed

Grail 69 is quite the plant! I can see why you are so excited. I would be excited to see that in my harvest basket! The yin yang green white bud is very cool. I will be interested to see if it has full or half flavor or potency.

Yah the HG69 i am excited for.. and SD has always been good... a few more days on the dry and i can start testing... definitely as they dry I see why the SD is listed as 12 weeks.. the yield was only maybe 2/3 of the HG. They are shrinking right up... Best harvest's yet...

Harvest Results! - Among Other Things!

So good Evening Friends.
Let me put on my slippers and sweater and let's have a talk. Today we are going to talk about harvest results. Can all you kids say "harvest" ? I knew you could.

So the two recents harvests the Sour Diesel and the HG69.
So the SD definitely could have been better but it was cloudy tric's so it was time to harvest but It could have bulked up more. It weighed in at 75.1 grams for 2.68 zips. Not bad at all... Not what I had hoped for but definitely better than almost all my previous harvests. (2nd best but stay tuned it got bumped to 3rd) I am having a very hard time not consuming this bud even though it has only been jarred for 1 day. Tasty SD is just wonderful. And the new strain is giving me a fresh buzz I was lacking! Love it...

So over to the holy grail 69 results... This one is right where I hope all future plants are. This or above... 118.3 grams or in freedom units as a friend of mine calls them (you know who) 4.22 Zips. This bud has yest to be tested and it is still drying. I let this one slow dry too much and I think I was starting to see some PM on it. I separated any buds that appeared to be developing it and threw it all in a low humidity area to dry fast. I will be making most of this batch into BHO as soon as it is over dried so I am not too worried but learned another lesson. F the slow dry. Need to make sure to not to try too hard to slow it down. A little dry to me is better than PM. I use boveda's for once it is dry to stabilize it do I am better off that way.


So let's go take a look in the veg room and see what's up.

So that's all of it. A few in the solo's cups are kinda droopy as I guess I forgot to water them last night. In solo's with the plants that big they easily drink it all in one day. Anything in Solo's right now except one acdc will be dumped anyway but I keep them going until the next clone batch is ready then those get dumped... Things overall in veg are really good. The next to hit flower will be a PC and I may do it later tonight. I think one of the BK's next. I just topped one of them today. A few got up potted recently the BK included and they are pretty much ready....

I better get it done as there are more in flower that are finishing up and my timing is getting messed up. My plans where spot on but learning the strains some are timed ok and some needed longer etc. Now that I harvest off tric's I have been surprised at the strain differences. The WW is almost 9 weeks and the tric's are still clear. I just started flushing it today. The PC is only just 8 weeks and the tric's are easily 50%. That I started flushing a few days ago. It will come done in a day or two. But I expected the WW first.


So let's walk all the way down to the Flower room... Ok j/k it's attached.

Things are pretty good... But not amazing as it was... I am starting to notice that late in flower for all the plants.. they start getting edge burn or something.. and a few deficient leaves... Nothing serious but a little. Now i am still fighting PH a little and that could be part of it. But I also was thinking I may not be running enough feed to waste. Salt build up. I run pretty clean stuff but I can see there is some. I decided once a week I will flush them all in flower with a good amount of tap water right before a feeding. That way it will wash away all the build up then get a good drink... Nothing serious but I bet I am losing something on that last week.

Ok so above is the PC that is in flush. No record on this one as I got 5 zips off this strain once and as I have previously mentioned this one didn't have alot of fan leaves to start. But no slouch on this one either. It is doing pretty good on the bud area!

This is the most recent TW and it was huge and is starting stretch. I gave it a serious lollipop earlier this week. Some of the fans look like crap but I seem to find that after I defol in flower it has happened everytime. This defol was early so hopefully it is minor.

This TW is almost to harvest.. About a week to tric checking. Big difference but you can see the new TW is going to be a giant if it develops like this... This plant is doing very well but you can see the leaves starting to get that sign. I wondered if it is just that the plants are reaching the harvest point and look like a fall tree. Feel free to chime in...

Loving the BK above. I topped it as you can tell and removed some lower stuff. I probably won't do anymore of it because of my defol phobia but it made a difference on this run for sure. I will probably clean up this strain very heavy before flower in the future. It grows so bushy it seems to make it more manageable. And it can focus the growth on those 4 cola's. It grows so thick the lower stuff didn't get enough light last run.

The last group is the WW that is close. Just started the flush as mentioned. Looking like the best run on it for me yet. I popped another seed of it in veg and will keep it going. After I had decided not to. I do think that the result on this one could have been better but no serious complaints. I will fill up some jars with it i can tell...


So things are still moving along well in the newest England and The fun never ends it just keeps going... I'll chop that PC in a day or two and dry it better. stay tuned for that!

I wish i could bro! I cull so many plants through veg etc that I wish I could share... Silly throwing good plant into compost. I just over clone really to be safe causing a surplus

Sounds like we are the same grower haha! My clone and veg room is almost bigger than my flower. And my cloner is full with 60!

Pineapple Chunk Results! - Yup another Harvest!

So the title says most of it... well the summary.


It looks like crap but still yields well... Broke 5 zips.. (5.08,142.3). Not bad what so ever! I hate how it looks... but it yields like a mofo!

Just after the chop with the trim.

After hanging in lower humidity for 4 to 5 days... Stems snap so it seems dry but I will leave jars open for another day or two and can em up for cure.


So lets go take a look at veg. I cleaned it up of alot of the solo cup clones. But couldn't do them all ..yet..

Group!

Futures! Notice the Ww and SD from seed

Three Bubba kush's. Notice they all where treated figgerent. Two very defoled and one even more so. Then the solo cup one is untouched. I will ditch that one but couldnt bring myself to as it is doing so well even in the solo cup.


So over in Flower!

Groups! Still one empty spot but none of the BK's are just quite there... getting there...

I was thinking of running the PC out and getting new seed in the future. But So far it is my big yielder and still probably one of my fav's so I will keep it running and hopefully there is another 5 zips right here... I really did some different defol methods in veg but hope not to touch it in flower.

this Train Wreck may just become an issue. It is huge and out of control. I may just have to keep peeling leaves off it. I mean I made it into a lollipop already but the canopy is really thick. Leaves are all looking like crap but i am thinking I have been too high on the PH 6.2 or so and really the Mag might have been blocked but we'll see. Also the salt build up and they all got a real good dose of tap flushing right before feeding yesterday. The coco looks cleaner...

This Bk is a good example of learning a strain and adapting. It really has thrived after topping. Look at the 4 large cola's This thing should do excellent compared to the last run on it. The one's in veg in the future should be even better now that i learned it some...

Last is the WW and it had a" fallen and I can't get up" Cola today but I strung her up. Yoyo's are so easy and useful. This thing was like 50% cloudy yesterday and needs to be cut but I need a couple more days... So it will bhe harvested extra cloudy. By far my best run on the WW but the results will say. I don't see anything close to the PC results.


So That's about it.. Not alot of chatter as I guess the misses needs me. But atleast the update is in...
