Nice convo! I quit alcohol, coke, pills, food and cigarettes, mostly one at a time in the last 10 years lol guess which was hardest and last?? 2years smoke free and I used SMART recovery for most of it!

The easy way to quit smoking. Free on youtube (gotta look sometimes) or book. Doesn't suck. Quit smack and coke easier than cigs. Ughh

Congratulations on getting your shit straightened around. You can only be invincible for so long then it takes its toll.
The cost of a smoking habit is damn near a cheap car payment.

When you can buy a gently used vehicle every year because you aren't smoking cigs. Been smoking cigs for 37 years and the tobacco companies knew . Get them started young wasn't any laws here to deter kids from buying smokes back then. Hell used to buy beer when i was 12 lol

I had figured it was $3000 a year when I quit. Smoked around 15 a day, sometimes a pack if I was drinking.

Although I never smoked cigs a lot of people in my family do and did, like my dad. I can't possibly appreciate what you guys face trying to quit but I've seen how tough it's been for my family.
