I’m having to run my intake fan constantly to run my light @60-80%. Whoever designed the Fold-6 without having a detachable driver was a genius, not! Prolly out of my price range but how much was your ac unit? CL

This is funny that you posted this today because this afternoon I'll be removing my drivers from my lights and placing outside my tent. My lights are at 90% rigit now and it's a real pain keeping it under 83 in there

Even with my 40degree outside temperature and with my intake fan running constantly @100% the temperature jumps up to upper 80s-90 degrees F. CL

Oh wow, I thought I had it bad. I was fine until I added another tent to my room, I might be that guy that installs his ac before anyone else in the neighborhood this year

I got a good 8000 btu for about $250 Trust me it wasnt a easy sell to the wife but now she sees how it paid for its self Just being able to convert to a drying tent and keeping the temp at 60-65 degrees made drying and curing so much easier it also lets you have a lot more control over your tents environment I had always had heat problems now I have no temp issues so I moved on to GNATS!!! lil fekkers. I did finally get them under control but I still feel some hostility's toward the little bastards larvaadult lol
in the summer the tent AC rarely runs becuase I blow room temp air into the tent and we usually keep it at 70 in the house so over yearly electric cost is low with my lights and AC my electric bill went up about $35 bucks a month I consider after figuring out how much money I save not buying my weed and knowing that our homegrown is better than dispensary weed. it is well worth it.

the down side is I loose room for 1 plant but im only allowed to grow 4 so it doesnt bother me

Yeah I had them too but at least it’s not thrips, leaf miners or mites. I had all 3 of the little bastards. Adult leaf miner looks identical to a small housefly and then they lay microscopic eggs n you have little racetracks on your leaves. I dispise all of them! CL

I have been doing a lot of thinking on how I ended up getting such a bad Nitrogen Decency I Blame the Gnats for all the Damage but the more I think about it I belive I killed my Microbes when I rinsed my soil with H2002 even though I only used 3% I read people who had the same issues. I did get lucky and still managed to get some nice bud. I also didnt let my plants veg long enough I should have had the net 80 tom 90 % full I think I would rather have my stretch go up especially for sativas thoses little ping pong ball buds seem to do better when they stack on a cola rather than stung out like I have then now. I have a whole list That I will post after Harvest on all the things I Fekked up . writing them down and Not forgetting them will make my next grow better. I think it is easier to learn what not to doi I mean c'mon its weed how hard can it be to grow a weed? lol

when I have a chance im gonna post all the ways I learned to get rid of pest. the best way How ever is not let them get started I have a good list of anti -pest tricks Ill share one Now "Top Dress with Sand or Mulch Gnats and other larve leaves Cant get thru sand so 1 in of top layer sand will eliminate Gnats laying Eggs (same with Mulches

Well I found a new secret feeding my plants Hawaiian punch

I like it when Im thirsty maybe my plants will too ok maybe not Im using the bottle I added 1/4 tsp oh FF Beastly Buds (it has a blue tint) other than that I am in Full flower mode for the Nutes I am using the Geo Flora Bloom along with the geo Flora Recommended regiment of Massive Bloom 123 formulation,and Terpinator I wasw considering using Incredible Bulk (becuase it had the Hulk on the Pkg) Naa it is like sweet candy one of the few truly organic Bud Boosters But I figured I would try the FF soluble trio I only paid a arm and a leg for it, and when I go to super soil I wont be able to use it. They plant is growing up and the Buds are really forming. One thing I learned about this strain SSSC Purple OG Punch is not a very flexible plant I bent the Main stem.Stalk thinking I could wrap it around but the stalk is so thick Im afraid Ill break it. SO FOR THE RECORD i DID NOT PLANT MY SEED AT THE EDGE OF THE POT

Well I wont go into to much detail I am soaking my seeds for next grow, Tomorrow Ill put them in paper towel then a solo cup I dont have the patience to just plant them lol. Im saving all the pics I take during prep I dont want to get 2 grows mixed together. my Goal is to try to get 4 grows a year or close. in my small tent with the VIPAR XS 1500 pro Ill be able to keep them in my small tent till my current grow is done drying .If I can overlap at least 4 weeks a grow I think I can get 4

Ya know all that crap I just posted about being on top of things stay ahead of the game blah blah blah wel;l I planned on harvesting next week, looks like ill be harvesting tomorrow I got one patch of trichomesthat were turning to dark brown and shriveling up so I thru1/2 gal of water on each one Ill turn off the lights when I go to bed and harvest maybe Sunday man they went fast Im right at 8 weeks they said 9-10 weeks Not sure if having a bigger light makes the diffrence but I like it

The pictures look like sugar leaves and not buds, or maybe my eyes are playing tricks on me. Idk? CL

they were below mostly in the middle and the bottom of the buds and some were Larf the tops of the buds trichomes were degrading so I went to the bottom of the buds Trust me I wish they weren't ready. this isnt the best pic to show it but all the hairs and pistil are gone the very top of the bud(bottom pic). below is what the tops look like the top Trichomes on the top right are black. for most shots I have to stick my microscope practiclly inside the bud this microscope shot is the very top ( This strain was sent out with no info so everything was a guess

The bottom buds almost always start getting ripe before the upper buds do. The upper buds is where the plant is trying to put all of its best effort into and it is wise to wait for them to start ripening before you harvest. There's also nothing wrong with selectively harvesting some of the buds that are getting ready now while waiting for the upper buds to reach their time.

Em now that you mention it that makes total sense I always think its about the light but the bottom of the bud has been there longer than the top and if I am not mistaken everything starts from the bottom up withy a plant doesn't it.

Sunday morning just took my last sip of coffee to wash down the sausage biscuit I just inhaled , I got a tent to harvest and a new crop to stick in solo cups. it is amazing how one ending becomes a beginning. I been talking about my Brothers Grimm grow any issue I have I wont be able to blame genetics brothers Grimm with Mr Soul of Cinderella 99 Fame one of the last OG's (oldschool growers) now this is a Hybrid grow Apollo XX Sativa leaning and Grim Truffles XX more of a indica. Ill post a little mo9re about the strains and Im off to work
