Paddy Goes Auto for the Winter

Jungle is massive Paddy. It's all looking good there mate.

I've just chucked some autos in some water too. KC45 strain. They are regular so not sure what I'll end up with yet? Maybe if I get a male you could have some pollen for your breeding.

Enjoy your metal detecting mate.

sounds good to me mate .... got a couple of coins , not worth sod all , couple of old buttons and plenty of crap lol :)

And an enjoyable time out wandering around outdoors. Good times.

hardly any lol... i diluted the younger ones a lot more than the others... my soil must be rich enough for these girls , my humidity is hard to get up and stay up so im thinking thats not helping with the leaves ....... i have to let my plants dry ( the soil ) ,,, ... feck i need an extra room in the house or a far better shed lol :)

Yes indeed you can.

i think its a humidity problem , im going to rise light to the highest spot and lightly spray the leaves once a day.

Low RH, especially in combination with high temperature and wind, causes the stomata to close. This reduces the rate of transpiration, and inhibits CO2 absorption. So it slows growth. Plants are also susceptible to nute burn and "light burn" (photoinhibition) in these conditions. In veg and early bloom it is best to have RH between 50 and 60%. As bloom progresses, it is good to lower the RH to prevent mold. In late bloom, very low RH may stimulate cannabinoid production.

A humidifier (ideally controlled by a humidistat) is a good way to increase RH. Another way is to hang wet towels in the grow area. You could also cover the floor of your grow area with plastic trays filled with fine gravel, and keep it moist (large surface area required).

Sometimes it's a fine balancing act in grow rooms but don't go too technical Paddy because when the weather changes all your efforts have to be changed for something different. If you just kept the top of the soil moist it would increase humidity. You have seen that chart I gave you about humidity in different temperatures and that showed you it's not something to pin down easily. Perfect RH at one temperature is no longer perfect at another temperature so you are at the mercy of the outside temperature really. It's hard enough keeping a room at a certain temperature let alone humidity.
