Brilliant stuff mate :) I just looked at Alexs GS....AMAZING growth (see my comment lol). Definitely should have fed mine sooner I think. Lesson learnt :thumb:

Ok so for the first lesson, I want everyone stood on one foot. Arms out above and to the side forming the flux shape lol.. Then at the right moment jump kicking out switching your placed foot. Now if you could do this on a old wooden post on a beach brilliant, if not front room will do. :)
 
Awwww mate, I've been "weird" AND introspective all my life lol. As I mentioned earlier, I'm colour blind.......without going into boring details......I often bought my own clothes from being 10 years old. My school mates thought I was a "rebel" because I'd go to school sports day wearing purple (I thought it was blue lol). My first REAL job I wore purple trousers and a lilac shirt along with a pink tie........I thought it was 3 different shades of blue lmao.....hey ho. Still survived JUST Lol :)
