Oz's First Grow - Pyramid Tut In Coco

Hi Guys. A few pics. Sorry about the quality (lack of lol) I need to suss out how to use it yet lol
First pic is of No8 who, in my opinion, is ahead of the others at this stage....weird because that was the last to break ground :)

True, however you should note that Cultivator starts from clone, which already has an established stamina and set of leaves. At your stage the only thing you would be gaining is a higher electric bill.

Not quite true mate. I normally grow from cuts but ive grown hundreds of plants from seed. when the plant has no real leaves on its pointless adding the extra light but as soon as it has a set of real leaves on it can make a difference if u have the environment set up correctly. if RH is too low more light is bad and also if too hot.

But having said that u could veg fine with 400w mh. Im more of a 1000w man myself and hate long veg times, i consider 28 days far too long for cuts and 35 days far too long for seeds, but that depends on the grow techniques u employ.

You know what.......THIS is just one of the reasons this is such a fantastic community. So many great growers and knowledgeable members ALL with methods and styles that work WELL. And all willing to share their hard (sometimes EXPENSIVELY) learned experience :Namaste: Man, I LOVE this place :420::Love:

Cheers mate. Haven't done anything yet lol. Had a suggestion from my son that we just change the 600w HPS bulbs for MHs during veg. Then back to original HPS for flower. What do you think?
 
Cheers Dooood :) Yep, ballasts are good for MH :) So, I'll hit em (eventually) with 2200w of MH for veg (poss 2800 if I EVENTUALLY get the promised 4th 600w) and 1800/2400 in flower :) :woohoo::idea::idea::idea::idea::idea:

Just tucked the girls in for the night....they send their love to everyone by the way :circle-of-love:....temps were at 77f and RH at 42. I SWEAR they've grown since I last saw them at 5pm lol :) Ohhhh happy DAZE :Namaste: :peace:
