Hey Oz you going to get a humidifier has me regretting not getting my friends fog machine. He was the chap with the big many house outfit and I had a chance at this big misting machine that generated a damp fog to sit amongst the girls while in veg. Cost him like 300 and could of had it for free but didnt have the room to store it lol. He offered me so much stuff I couldnt take it. His carbon filters stood almost as tall as me lol they were the biggest I've ever seen! Could of had like 12 of them lol.
 
Awwwww mate, I would have rented a garage :) Or bought and old van to store them in lol. :) This humidifier I'm buying isn't n THAT league :;): but it will, hopefully, help with the environment for the girls:):green_heart::green_heart: Off to get it now mate. :surf:

Good mornin 420 friends! I think im gonma pick up a small humidifier today. My rh is down the last couple of nights to about 35....eeeks. I dont think its the end of the world but id rather not leave anything to chance. :)
 
Adding another 400w mh isnt a bad idea at all. i always veg min 600w but in my current journal i have 1200w (600w mh/600w hps) vegging. It will make plants grow faster no question as long as the temps are controlled. U will need to up the feeds if u add more light. At end of day it comes down to how fast do u want to flip and how big do u want ur plants to get. Growing from seeds is a laborious process, takes far far too long. Take some cuts off these plants for next time around and u will save mega time.

Cult mate, as you know mine are tiny at present (just 2nd leaves + "baby leaves" showing) so I'm experiencing the impatient HURRY UPS at the mo lol. I'm toying with the idea of adding another 400w MH or just getting a 600w MH bulb and swapping it with one of the 600w HPS ones (just for veg). Do you think vegging with 1x400w MH and 1x600w HPS is a good idea? I have got a further 2x600w HPS for flower.

Hi Cherry and welcome to the mad house :) It appears that (touch wood) I'm doing a bit better with these girls than I do with plastic ones :) .....well, so far anyway lol

Hey bro, do you know anything about leaf curl? Ive queiried the experts already but it never hurts to have an extra pair of eyes take a look.

True, however you should note that Cultivator starts from clone, which already has an established stamina and set of leaves. At your stage the only thing you would be gaining is a higher electric bill.

Mind you, I am not saying that more light would not benefit you in the near future, just merely saying that it is unnecessary at this point of your grow.

To note, I used only 1x 400w MH to veg 2 plants, and they both grew 2-3 ft under 45 days ;)

Just had a quick peep Stevo..... only thing I could suggest is a drink. Is your soil moist? Do a finger test buddy. :peace:

Hi AG. Yeah, mine are from seed so a bit different I guess :). I'm happy at present but I'm always one for thinking ahead and trying to 2nd guess things lol :) Think I'll be going LA's flux style so veg and training will start sooner but last a lot longer. Invest in EDF now mate, their shares are going to go up when I plug my HPSs in lol :)
