Oz's First Grow - Pyramid Tut In Coco

Guys, do you think a pipette of 1/5th strength feed would be ok at this stage? Also, the Canna Coco feed directions say use BOTH A + B THROUGHOUT the grow........your thoughts and advice please :thanks: :peace:

Some advice. I wouldn't do them ALL like that. Just do like 4 or 5 and simply top the rest like normal. Or whatever you would usually do :)

Only saying this because it's going to be SO time consuming and maybe you should try different techniques considering you have all 10 to play around with now!

Just make sure you get a decent yield from atleast 8 of them. All be will a waste if not. (Obviously you'll gain experience so again I wish you best of luck)

Was there any nutes pre-added in your soil/coco mix?

If so then just leave them for 2-3 weeks.

If not ... Maybe wait untill they start vegging properly and start with a minimal dosage. (Something around 2ml per 1ltr of water).

And don't up the dosage untill after you introduce them to your bloom solution in blooming period or pre-blooming.

This is what I usually do for all my normal strains/hybrids.

Have you bought your nutes yet OZ mate ?

Btw ... My little ladies are LOVING the nutes that were pre-added in this plagron growmix soil. I'm starting to believe Auto's can be quite good feeders? Anyone had experiences with high dosage of nutes on Autos?
 
Just to be clear OZ i have over a decades experience growing coco and have grown thousands plants so u can trust my judgement on feed :) Find a bad plant in my gallery hahaha

No feed at all!!!! for couple weeks, ph'd water mate. the seedlings have stored energy that will let them survive weeks. Adding nutes will just cause issues. i wouldnt add nutes if it was dwc, rockwool or coco or anything else. ive done it and always had burn or minor (in the old days major) issues.

Do not be tempted to keep feeding or doing things because u feel u need to do something. less is more with mj mate.

Hi Guys and thanks......yeah, I'm a total FANNY.......what can I say? lol. Jay, can I put my hands down please? My arms are getting tired lol. DP mate, yeah, bought Canna LONG before I got the seeds lol. Long story that one. And Cult my friend.....who am I to argue your wisdom? I bow to your knowledge and expertise :adore::adore::adore:
I've said this to LA and Alex loads of times guys......I REALLY do consider this a "joint" (lol) grow. I wouldn't COULDN'T do it without all the help and advice I'm getting here :adore::green_heart::wood: Hopefully, one day, I'll have the skills and knowledge to help someone too :) Cheers again ALL :thankyou::peacetwo::green_heart:
 
after couple weeks u will be able to go straight to 100% strength with canna with no probs. its not the strongest of feeds.
 
Hey OZ you plonker Lol. Thats the second time in a few pages you have been told to step away with your hands up lol. Trust the sage wisdom of Cultivater his journals speak for themselves. Dr P. You asked about autos being hungry, I did a few big runs of pineapple express a while back and found them so hard to keep green. Really hungry strain! Also glad you love the plagron mix. I use their range of nutes and love them to bits, real good results so far lol.
 
I feel such a KNOB now lol. I went with Canna because pretty much EVERYONE I know or spoke to said they're the dogs danglies :) Apparently Canna were the first to produce Coco specific nutes and are regarded as the best.

Nah your doing awesome!....just listen to Cult and LA...they have been there before (as we all have) and they are watching out for you :thumb: I know from personal experience when you are passionate about your grow all you want is the best for them...sometimes it is too much...your doing great ....keep it up:high-five:

Cheers again Jay :) I know ALL the 420ers want the same thing.....successful grows. Not just for themselves but other, like minded members. It's REALLY humbling mate and I've ALWAYS lived my life helping others and having a "live n let live" attitude. Mate, if the WORLD was run by 420ers....it would be one cool planet.......TOTALLY STONED and COUCH LOCKED but COOOOOOOOL :) :peace:

Hi mate. Regarding A+B....I've been told use "A" only for veg and "B" for flowering. Yet if you read the Canna directions it say "mix 40mls "A" with 10 litres water, stir thoroughly the add 40mls "B") is this best? God, I'm such a nooooob lol :)
