Oz's First Grow - Pyramid Tut In Coco

Mate, I'd really welcome that :) Loving all the advice and help I'm getting. As I said before, this is a joint grow :)

Ok my friend, Ill hit you with some pics and a bit of info.

Firstly if you wanted to do a couple of fluxes alongside Gert training I wouldn't, as the flux takes way longer to veg in my opinion. With Gert training you start right at the beginning of veg (as soon as branching can be manipulated) then train through her life. As there is no topping apart from the once they don't have too much to react against. The only part of the training that is high stress is the defol and single topping.
When topping go real tiny!

I'm gonna say for you to top earlier than me with Gert! the reasons being you want a balance between gert and my BV

She was topped with 2 less nodes and let the plant produce just under 50 sites that were able to get a lot more developed giving far more weight at the end!
When you asked how you get so many bud sites here goes; With the leaf bending/tucking your giving the branches all the light. this promotes higher numbers or tighter nodes along the branch. This in turn gives you the future bud site.

Mind??? Mate, I love it :adore::green_heart: It's a Master Class in growing and I REALLY appreciate it:thankyou: I think (KNOW) you're right, the less the strain the better the gain :) I'm hoping I can emulate you and produce a few ladies that will make US proud :) When should I start with nutes? I'll pop a few pics up later and you'll see the growth for yourself........personally I'm amazed AND very happy :yahoo::Namaste::peace:

Yep, very true :) Think I'll pop over to Fattys grow and see whats what :) Thanks again my friend :)

Just saw ur post on fattys thread about nutes, just post here mate, u will get ur answers. Dont add any feed for couple weeks or until first real set leavess are on. Plain ph'd water 5.8.

Hi mate. Was flapping a bit there lol. Reading that "coco is inert and if you don't feed the girls they'll go hungry" got me thinking :) I've knocked up 2.5ltrs of water and added 20ml EACH of Canna Coco A+B (that's 1/5 strength) . So, just watering, HOW do the girls get ANY feed? Told you I was TOTALLY new lol :)

Hi all. Here's a few pics for update/comparisons. Can't believe how much they've grown. No2 is 2" tall :)

I can't comment on coco but I would not add any nutes to seedlings as a rule

Hi mate. Think I'll hold off till I get Fatty or another coco guru saying otherwise lol. TOLD you I was an EJIT :) lol

Dont worry about them stretching at this point my friend you can always pot a little deeper when you go up to next size!

Words of wisdom Sir Doctor :) To be honest my main concern is getting them into a feeding pattern, or rather getting ME into a feeding pattern lol. :) I'm feeling more confident on the grow now :) Was, still AM, amazed I got them THIS far lol :)
