Our Ongoing Grows

Sorry I haven't been posting any updates lately. I had another problem to compound with everything else. A damn toothache. After sitting up for a half hour it starts to make my head throb. But I'll get up a fast update. Damn he stopped loving her today, they placed a wreath upon his door,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, George Jones died today. Bummer. I loved that man's music.
Looks like another Charlie Brown Christmas. Seems I crank out one a year. The last two I had were both auto's. I had a Pakistani Ryder and this a Jack Herer auto. The other went into our hash jar. And now I'm throwing this one outside to do whatever she wants.
Sorry BID. You ever get this ways I hook ya up with some seeds or clones. Nope never grew any of that but I have seen the name herijuana a lot. I understand its one of them higher CBD's plant. GDP is one I need to grow out myself. They have a whole section in high times last month about GDP. Looks like a plant that might make a great cropper. One day I'm going to see if my Blue Dream seed will crack. Sorry to inform ya tho, my Cripit came out of flower. I let her go even longer this time. Her trichomes never seem to go any further than cloudy. Tric's are on real short and stocky stalks. It gives the plant a real cold look. But I got a pic or two of her at harvest, Cripit;

and one more;
cripit211.jpg

Azomite, sounds like that greensand except maybe alittle broader. I'll give it a whack. Sure couldn't hurt.
Oh and Quix, it was a picture I posted on another grow site. I mean it was a screamer pic of some giants growing in a corn field. For the life of me I can't find it again. Once picture go on the net they become public property, but someone must have been hard up to post other peoples pic's. I find it flattering.
I'll tell ya A1 Weed, that Bubblious is fast as hell. She's been in flower for only 6 weeks and she's getting close. I'll get afew pictures later for another posting. I started my Bubblious the same time I threw a Chronic in. She's further along than the Chronic buy a week it looks like. Bout time you showed back up GMT. Welcome for sure. SSDD Same Shit Different Day. Just new strains...
Speaking of strains. This one here has been culled from my gardens. Star-47. She' been a good plant for sure. Great smoke and big yields. Here we are Star-47;
S-4725.jpg

I also have acouple shots of my AKxSkunk I've been growing out. Here we go AKxSkunk;
AKxS11.jpg

and;
AK60.jpg

Nothing new around here. Oh bought a luxury items. Magical Butter. Well had afew problems with my order, 'late an then got a faulty unit' but they did take care of it. They covered the return postage and sent a new unit. Even sent me a shirt to make up for the problems, way to small to be any good but maybe my grand daughter will wear it for a sleep shirt of something. I'll say this about the unit. It's pretty cool. Heavy duty stainless steel construction. It has a motor that keep stirring your butter, oil, etc. and has a nice temp control. Everything runs on a timer. Over all it's a cool luxury unit.
Miwa I see your real busy over your way. Hope she warms up alittle for ya.
Well I want to thank everyone for stopping in. Hopefully I'll get this damn bone yanked out of my mouth pretty quick and the head aches should stop. LOL one of my other id's is 'Nobrains_noheadaches' I must have a brain somewhere in there.
I do have a picture of a pipe Miss J's been playing with. All the wood in my picture are really stems from other grows. Snake head;
pipe13.jpg

I'm going to say this well wish with everyone in mind. Keepem Green

Yea all stems an roots. Miss J wanted to do something with them and some of them have some real character. Roots are cool. Sand them down and stain them. I don't think they wood make a good 'real' pipe though. They start burning along with the weed and smolder. Sides that 'Snake' has been sprayed afew coats of gloss. I have afew nice sticks of lumber' out there we have plans on walking sticks. Some over 5' of walking stick size in the thickness department. You need a untopped indica plant grown from seed that can get big, for a good straight stick. Last good stick I got was a Wonder Woman stalk, she was over 8' at harvest. I even tried to get plants to grow around small glass balls so in theory you dug up a nice walking stick with something grown in the handle. Oh well never got that one right.
Ok what's up around here,,,,Well tonight I plan on getting out my sharpest rock and cutting acouple clones. I have a Mazzar Kush out there, and a Lemon Skunk. Well to prepare for cloning I took the mothers out back and totally hydrated them bye soaking the soil, and even washed the plants with a 'fine' spray from the hose. I'm going to take acouple off each to be sure. I soak my rooter cubes in warm water with Thrive Alive Green at a rate of 12 mills per quart for a hour or so. Squeeze the rooters to get them totally saturated. After getting my cut I dip in Vita Grow and spray with their anti wilt. Done deal.
Berkley Blues. This is one outdoors. We've been keeping lites on till around midnight, but I guess the temps took over and looks like she's going to flower anyways, and she said ain't nothing you going to do to stop me. She is a plant that has been around acouple years now. A clone from a clone. Berkley Blues;
bb105.jpg

Ok I've always called these Stink Bugs. Or Pirate Bugs. I find these in my veg tent a lot. Prehistoric looking little cockroaches. If fact sHEMP just found one in his grow, btw I know he's stoked about this grow, and with reason, his babies are looking great. He just flipped 2 OG's 1 AKxSkunk, and1 Cripit into flower mode. He's got a sweet little 4X4 with a 600 watt hps in it. He's got awhile before he get's 'dialed in'. That takes times. We ALL have to pay our dues and serve our penances. Problem arises, problem fixed, knowledge gained. I think he'll be starting a thread himself in the near future. Well the 'BUG';
bug12.jpg

and of course here he is after the thumping I gave him;
bug9.jpg

Ok I thought I've show what's up with the Bubblious. She young in flower, like 45 days. I can see a 7 weeker. I'm expecting to do her 8 weeks but I also plan on cutting afew gram sample at just over 7 weeks. I have this one in a 2 gallon pot of black gold soil. I'm now using Cutting Edge fertilizer. I just started using this stuff. In fact they just got their first drink of it 4-5 days ago with NP showing so far. Enough chatter for a second, 'remember I started this post last night' here's the Bubblious;
Bubble28.jpg

bubble-1.jpg

and one more;
bubble-2.jpg

It's a great looking plant so far. Hopefully I'll be able to work with her. Clones easy grow's easy, and seems to flower fast. I can see she really needs 8 weeks to pack on that meat tho. Time will tell. Besides I just thru one of her offspring into the flower room. I did take a sample.
Ok one last pic. Super Lemon Haze. She's starting to foxtail abit with is a common trait of the hazes. She has the hashy smell. Really not much in the ways of lemon smell to her at all. She's just under 8 weeks in flower. I'm planning on hitting her once more with full flower fert's and a dose of Cha Ching tonight or tomorrow. Then we getting close to flush time. Super Lemon Haze;
slh125.jpg

One last pic, acouple younging I had to throw outside 1 Bubblious, and 1 OG. The OG loved growing outdoors last year. So don't fix something if it isn't broke right?
outdoor9.jpg

Thanks Vic. Buds look a lot different after they shrink up into the final cured product. That AKxS man soon as you harvested all the hairs start turning colors. Hey Lester. I hope thing work out for ya in your gardens this year in the department of pests. Them caterpillars are the biggest scourge with outdoor grows. Dude one year I grew a plant outdoors, wasn't any cover in the yard so I pushed it up against a fence that had a evergreen bush on the other side. Somehow 'bag worms' found it thru the fence. It was a mess. Totally destroyed that plant. Well I want to thank all for stopping in I'll update again soon. Till then Keepem Green

Fantastic update, great pictures and stories, Especially about the walking sticks... I'll be damned lol.
Thanks for the well wishes about the garden this year, and your story about the worms coming through the fence. You couldn't have said it any better, those treacherous worms are the scourge of the earth, sent straight from hell to eat our tasty fruit.

Thanks again for the update mate

oh, F yeah! :cheesygrinsmiley:

Your images are beautiful.

Thanks Buckshot, MMJ is one pretty plant. Good lighting + good camera + good subject matter = good picture's.
I second that Lester. Nukem. I see that 'Safers' has a product for caterpillars. I'm going to do alittle looking into it for my own. That's got to be one of the saddest thing I know of is to see them drop out of your harvest as she dry's. I hate every little butterfly or moth that lands on my plants.
Yes around her Miss J has to stay busy. Which isn't a bad thing so I got her a dermal with a wand on it and started seasoning stems to dabble with. Here's alittle o the stock. I have a lot more thrown out back. Pipe Stock;
pipe_stock.jpg

Ok I have a pic of the Bubblious sample I cut last night;
bg9.jpg

I also got a shot of my Auto Flower. NOT the Charlie Brown X-mas tree either. I'll probably kill off that one to keep numbers down if she don't get her act together. And today she don't look like she's doing any better. But this little bugger I growing fine. She's of a unknown strain from Budda Seed's grab bag. 10 fem auto's for under 50$. You just don't know what they are. But this guy was growing so fast I figured I'd see what topping a auto will do. She didn't even blink a eye at my topping. She just kept on going. Usually a plant needs acouple days to recover, which I why I never mess with anything that slow their short veg time down even more, but not this one. She puts out a new set of leaves every day Auto;
auto4.jpg

OK one more plant to look at. God Bud is all grown up and almost ready for flower time. I have just transplanted it so I'm going to give it about aweek to get the roots going. Then Flower. God Bud;
gb13.jpg

gb14.jpg

Ok now lets see I di take a small bud off another OG that almost ready. She's 75% cloudy and starting to throw a amber or two out there. Strawberry OG Kush;
t46.jpg

Well now after all this work it's time for a break. Keepem Green;
smoke_break.jpg

great...just f*cking great...you can always put a metal bowl in one of those stems..cut a piece off one of those gas cartriges they sell for air guns..dam caterpillars ..i'm spraying insectacide soap twice a week..plants...ground...fence..everything...got a 2 gal sprayer..i be on a kill mission..:cheesygrinsmiley:

Congrats on the harvest wood buds look great ... its jon smith :roorrip: fyi slh is awsome at 10 wks I've got 1 @ 60 days
That bubblelicious good too just chopped both of mine I'll start a journal soon + reps :roorrip:

Nice Bubblelicious :bravo: Thought you might like that strain :thumb: I just smoked some of mine...and i am feeling no pain and have a nice smile on my face, see :cheesygrinsmiley:

Ah incognito huh Jon. Cool looking forward to seeing you up and growing again. I like the ID. You and me and sHEMP need to get together, btw my handle is 'Curley', Moe Curley and SHEMP. certainty,,,
Man shame George Jones died, that dude had a voice no one will match again. I seen him with Conway Twiddy back a ways. I know Conway Twiddy!! But that dude could sing. That tour George had just been awarded country's all time best tear jerker of all time, He stopped loving her today.
Ok back to the garden. That Bubblious is fast. I started flushing last night. After looking at that bud and smoking some, she seems to be almost there. I put her in flower about the 11th or 12th March. I wish she'd have held on to that pretty smell that came out about week
4-6. Smelled of bazooka joe, but it's faded alot. Still over all she has a good taste. Smoke was pretty decent for being a bottom small bud 'quicker' dried, uncured, and unflushed.
Ok now for acouple pictures of her. Plant was grown in a 2 gallon pot of black gold soil. Fertilizer is Cutting Edge Solutions supplemented with fox farm's tri pack and cal-mag. Flowered 50 days under 1500 watts of hps. Ok here we go with a Indiana grown strain, Bubblious;
bubble110.jpg

Bubble29.jpg

and a close up of her trichomes. They are just starting to show amber;
btric.jpg

Ok I also have afew pictures of the SLH. Not that these pictures are even close to good quality seeing she's under hps lighting. But she's really packing on some weight. This plant has some sick tric production. Sad thing with this one Jon, it's got her daddies genes. I really love the mother pheno, that pine sol smell. This smells a strong hashy/hazy. I took these pic's acouple days back. I start these posts but it may take me a day and even longer to push that submit button.
Tonight's the Super Lemon Haze's update. Just shy of 8 weeks;
slh219.jpg

She's got them solid buds made up of tons of fox tailing flowers all clustered on the tip;
slh126.jpg

And a last peek for now,,,, You can bet I'll get better pictures from this one SLH;
tric_s2.jpg

Ok I also have that FCJ, 'aka Fruity Chronic Juice' at the same time as the Bubblious. She's behind for sure, but, she's just started looking like she's going to do her stuff. I figure she'll take close to 60 days. Plant has that indica stance. We've grown this before and Miss J wanted it to try again so here we are. She clones easy. I even have another ready to go into flower any day. Chronic;
chronic18.jpg

Well that's about it for now. Surprise I got acouple new strains today to try later. I'll say names 'AFTER' they show some leaf. Hey Lester, when you use those soaps, rinse after acouple hours and it won't leave residual on plants. Least that's what safer's label said 'I Think'. Thanks everyone for stopping in a taking a peek. I hope everyone out there medicines' jars are full, and 'Isn't a Mite in Sight'.
Well till later Everyone Keepem Green

looking good dad keep em green, you could also use the little branches by twisting them around for a small box like a basket made from hemp.

Looking wonderful as always - love the seasoned stems, very cool! You sure take pretty pictures - always inspiring my friend. Hope you are well. I like the hemp-basket idea. :thumb:

X

You know Bill, I've seen some pretty usages of stems before, everything from picture frames to display structures. The uses for this plant are endless. Paper products are just the tip of the iceberg. I mean a harvestable product in 6 months for the wood industry, instead of 25 years for tree harvests, and not to even mention the oil.... I read somewhere that hemp can out produce corn for oil. Pound for pound fully pollenated mature plants have a awful lot of weight in seed which can be used in everything from bio plastics to fuel for the car. I've seen afew strains I wanted to bottle for perfume, which is on the market now. One friend wanted to make some stash wax for moustaches. Ideas are endless. I remember Alaska was talking about infused ice-creams.
Well suns up and looking beautiful outdoors. I'll say this every time I step out back I get totally pissed about that job on the pool. We had a in ground pool refinished acouple years back, and it didn't even make it 2 years before it failed. Meanwhile the guy who did it went out of business, we can see why. But anyways we are going have to do it again this year. Only this time we are going to do the tile and pavers. I'm wanting some color besides blue or white. Some lagoon green or something. Guess I could just change the lights lens, or float some lights. Oh well we'll see what colors we can choose from. Should make a nice back drop for some pictures this year.
Well in the garden, Bubblious is cut and hung to dry. Looking shy of 4 oz's. It makes a pretty good day time smoke. Least what I've had with a uncured sample. But she has some pretty nice colas on her. She clones easy, handles topping well, and grows 'Fast'. Bubblious;
b142.jpg

and one last picture
b99.jpg

I'll say this about that auto I have growing, not the CB-Xmas tree, but the unknown from Big Bubba Seeds assortment pack, she's going like a bat outta hell. I even topped her and she's really bushing out nicely. I'll get some pic's up of her soon. She still hasn't started flowering yet. It's looking like she'd have been a good seed project. I can see the advantages of auto's in certain situations, and I got a feeling this babies going to be a producer.
Ok I do have acouple more updated pictures from the flower room. I took a sample off the SLH. Shes at 9 weeks now. I plan on starting the flush tonight. Her along with my Fruity Chronic. I'll get pictures of the Chronic later, but here's the SLH;
SLH127.jpg

and one more;
tric_slh.jpg

Stuff is sticky icky, and has that complex haze smell.
Well that's it for a minute from here. Till later Keepem Green

Thanks Hozona, kind of never a dull moment. That's one thing I like about the perpetual grows, you can harvest a plant a week if that's what you aim for. And I love harvesting,,,,,,,,,,,, imagine that.
Fast update opps' I forgot the auto but we've just emptied our veg tent to the great outdoors. So I'll get those pictures weather permits. But I did get a decent shot of the SLH tonight. I'm going to start flushing tonight. Pretty plant SLH;
slh128.jpg

And Chronic at start of her flushing also. She's at 56 days in. Chronic;
chronic19.jpg

Well thanks everyone for looking in and I hoe all's going great, and Keepem Green
