Our Ongoing Grows

Like the way they taught me to spell Strawberry back in Arkansas?? Man I'm stupid. Keepem Green

It's a proper noun. Let's just say you were taking a little artistic liberty with your photo labels :winkyface:

We knew what you meant Brother Wood. I've seen very few "stupid people" who were able to grow fine cannabis like you do. Any primate can smoke the herb, takes a decent level of intelligence to cultivate. You ain't stupid:Namaste:

Morning brother! Can you come over today? I'll come get you if needed. Just want you to look things over and do a little critiquing.

Bill won't be long at all. Man I remember growing some herbs in Illinois back afew years. Marijuana like the same as corn. Same as temps, fertilizers, sun. Maybe a tad more in the form of water but, that's why I used the ditches that ran into the fields. Funny thing, I know once pic's go on the net they become public but why wood some one post a pic I took and had posted on now extinct 'Overgrow' and repost it here on 420? It was a nice pic for sure big tall 12' monsters in the corn fields. I killed many a rabbit off that ditch bank. Cops ruined that spot. Least they didn't catch me. Laws were a lot stricter then, you went to prison. But I can't understand why someone wood use someone else's pic? I thought of this because that's where the picture was taken. Speaking of outdoors monster grown plants. I have a contender vegging out back that should break 12'. Man she's going to be no fun if she can't handle weight.
Cool song Cisco. First I thought it was a remake of Smugglers Blues but, great song thanks. Hey Quix, how do you like my caveman clones? I appreciate the kinds works but I'm really still back in the stone age, cutting clones with a sharp rock and shoving it directly in the dirt. Hey it works. Sometimes better than other ways. I know I've had clones that refuse to root, like a sativa, after they started to look real sad, like 7-9 days, I throw them in soil. I guess them worm casting and other goodies they use to 'charge' soils will feed a clone nicely.
Well guess I'll get working on this post. I probably won't finish till tomorrow but what the hell. What's new around here. Well drying out my First 'real' harvest of the OG Kush. Looking around 5 1/2 oz's is my guess. Maybe I should talk about the way I harvest,,,,,
OK Harvest starts 5-7 days before breaking out the chainsaws with a flushing. I use clearx about 15-20 mills per gallon. I let this solution soak in for 15-20 minutes to loosen up the salts in your medium. Then a lot of water alot. I use 5 gallon finish pots most of the time and I run around 5-6 gallons of tap runoff water after that. Then straight water plus maybe topped off with alittle molasses till harvest. By a lot I mean at least a gallon or two of run off every water after. I like to cut in the morning when the teripens are at their peak, so right before the lights come on, I take the plant and throw her in a closet for the last day or two in total darkness. I hear it helps boost the last of the trichomes production. And sometimes it helps to open up some needed space, yet keep the plant alive for abit longer. Nothing prettier than looking at your outdoor gardens at sunrise late in flower. They glisten like they're covered in dew. Man I know where I'm going to get afew pretty pictures come fall with this camera now that I'm getting use to it. I use a hanging net now, BTW great product if you need all that, till my buds get alittle crispy on the outside. From there they go into a humidor so I can monitor the speed at which she dries totally, I like to drag it out for 5-7 days. Once dry enough to be able to snap the stems you should be done. Glass jars, darkness, and cool temp's are a must for long term storage.
First a pic of the flower room;

And here's a girl that stores well and matures as she cures. Cripit. Just over 50 days and really PACKING on the weight;
Cripit32.jpg

and another;
cripit-21.jpg

OK I also took acouple shot's of my auto flower. Jack Herer,,, the ugly duckling..
jack17.jpg

she's is a dog for sure. Don't mean the herbs aren't any good for sure. It looks like PH problem. But my soil tests 5.75 before the lime, 6.50 after. She's not been feed anything so far, just myco's and a douche with a microbial tea to kick them off. For cost reasons I use Extreme Gardens Myco granules. I understand the salts in these fertilers will kill off most of the microbes action off, but I'm not using fert's until flower, so it should give them a plus in the way of roots to hold them bigger buds later, I Hope. Besides afew of my babies now are contenders for pot space outside. And this baby isn't one. I have her in a 2 gallon smart pot. I'm letting her flower in my veg tent for awhile under a 600 watt MH. Auto Jack Herer;
Jack-2.jpg

Oh BTW I planted another auto flowering plant abit back. It came from a grab bag of seed I bought from Buddha Seeds. So I'll never know the strain but the price was right to try afew auto's at around 5-6$ per female seed. Anyways, I'm dragging this post out, ain't I?, anyways I normally woodn't do this but she's young enough to recover from a topping. So I tried topping a auto something I woodn't suggest to others. As short a life as these plants have, you woodn't really want to do anything that slows growth and topping does a good job of that.
But Here's the main plant so far for outdoors. Berkley Blues. Plants huge already. A million main tops. And then ALL million just got retopped acouple days ago. That should make 2 million topps now. Loud purple stems, and Miss J's been making sure they don't start a false flower by leaving a white light going till 11pm outback. I opted for the larger plant over the two harvests this time. I also need room in my veg tent so I'm going to start using some of that spring air for vegging and I threw this AKxSkunk in the greenhouse for awhile till I decide what to do with these genetics. AKxSkunk;
AKxS1.jpg

I mean she's a workable plant with alittle tweaking. She's got Descent yield of 7.75 outta 10 rating quality bud on my scale.
And here's another contender. I can't remember hearing anyone trying this strain, I thought of her for a outdoor plant when I started her. Now I plan on throwing her into flower inside and she what she has. Her name is Rambo aka Lambo. She's the mother of two of the cuttings I have cavemaning it in my nursery. Rambo;

This ones going to be a pretty one. It's my Super Lemon Haze that shows like a Super Silver Haze. Second go for this one and her last. Nothing wrong with her, but I wasn't looking for that much a haze. Now she has that lemon smell but nothing like she should. I will grow another out. I love the plant and I'm hoping to find a special lemony phenol in my next attempt. You know it's so hard to believe a lot of what these people are saying about THC and CBD levels in a bud. High Times own test on all the strains they tested came up with a high of She went into flower like 40 days ago. I have her over on the 1500 watt side of flowering room,sharing the extra lumms with Cripit and acouple others. 1500 watt sure helps with the hardness of the buds. This plant is going to be worthy of a great picture or two in acouple weeks. Hopefully I can catch afew good ones. Super Lemon Haze;

Ok what else is interesting in there, I love the way these two are growing. It's that Chronic and a Bubblious. They are both staying real short and stocky, just what I like for my inside. Both were set to flower the same day for a race. Here's the Bubblious that looks like she's faster out the gate;

and the Chronic;

Whew I'm done for afew. Sitting in front of the PC starts my neck and back ahurting. That's why I like to do drive thru's to my friends sites. I might not post but I'm always looking. I plan on updating my bud reports with pictures of my last 2 harvests now that they are dried and starting the cure. If they last long enough to really benefit from a cure anyways. Thanks everyone and I'll update later. Till then Keepem Green
