Right now giving Butthead his dinner,,, then I got to get his confidence so I can snatch his ass for his evening shot.. Sometimes he gets abit cautious? He knows after breakfast and then dinner,, it's time to hide........... He's doing great,, getting fat and sassy as always.. he loves to scare the shit outta people when we go for a drive, he's got head out the window,,, and his bark is PRETTY loud. and he'll wait till he's right next to someone on the street. Then give it hell..

Miss J likes to get some of our holidays' meats imported?????? And not for only a good plate of beans or turkey sandwiches after, but????? But for the trash...
Works great as plant stands that reflect all the light, and are 100% washable and LIGHT as fuck?
Them boxes, they box alot of fish with are better alot better. Longer,,, fitting two decent sized plants apiece on top....... I got some that are 7-8 years old,,, still holding plants and still being kind-of whiteish............

OH, one more thing,,,,, I threw the Doc in flower...
This is a journal,,, and dates are important,, sometimes????????? But then I don't harvest according to dates anyways... But they sure are nice to give one a ballpark of the estimated time of harvest???? I found most ALL plants need a week longer than breeders' suggestions. They are selling a product,, and they know we all want faster harvests. And they can claim anything is the reason you didn't get your harvest that fast. Like improper lighting of feeding or even phenotypes.
@MagicJim genetics are the main thing,, but then they do need plenty of light and proper feeding to help get them to full potential. Sativa's tend to make lighter, fluffier buds than the Indo's.
I have seen that LED's don't have as much penetration power as a HID light does, giving you better lower buddage..
One thing I say to everyone that has a plant that sounds like a winner,,, take a cut just in case you find that unicorn and want to keep that plant in your gardens. Alot of strains aren't really stabilized, especially after acouple crosses are involved, so you might grow 10 more seeds from the same pack and end up with all different plants.
The worst words in a grower's vocabulary are 'Ishould'vetookacut'.

Well is about that time.. Going to raise alittle hell about midnight... Look to the west.. Naw these are nice fireworks,, but not like the 6" mortars I was able to get back in the midwest. To me, Excaliber is about the best pre-packs in Washington... But they are like 2 3/4''. But do light up the sky.

But whatever it is,, it is, what it is....... And nothing changes that... I know the next year is ALWAYS BETTER...
Just blazed afew rockets in a @Skybound direction...... Imagine that.
But I also got busy and drug out the old wall fan for a blasting of compressed air to dedust??? Maybe it will give me an extra few months of life before it fries...... This is a cool fan. Called Hurricane. Alittle more spendy, but it not only goes back and forth,,, but up and down in there too...
I do have a graveyard of dead wall fans, mostly active air pieces of shit, laying around. IF I ever buy another wall fan,, like I won't? But I'm going to opt for two of these instead of the osculating???? ones. The ones I got outside in the greenhouse are 6-7 years old,,, and still going strong....

I blew through a few of them Active Air wall mount jobbies too. Their oscillating linkage always breaks and then there's nothing to pivot off of. I also don't like how much room they take up. I now use tower fans that oscillate. Already broke one of those too, the same linkage anchor point too, but they're only $25 and take almost no room when stuffed in a corner. Of course they too would be useless w/o a 3D printer to print out custom wall mount brackets.
Speaking of rockets, one of my neighbors must've been sitting on a 50 gram aerial bomb because I've never heard of an explosion that loud before. I thought General Dynamics was getting shelled for a brief second. Somebody ushered in the new year the right way. Maybe I'll get a little some somethin set up for next year?

I’ve never had any luck with fans in a tent. Maybe in a room it would be easier on them. I don’t know.

The big wall mounts move way more air which is great in the spring and summer, but they'll ruin a walkway and depending the size of the room, can also get right into the canopy which is a problem if oscillating. The tower fans are similar to going to LED from HID, lol. Not the same, but sort of is. If in a tent, I can't recommend tower fans enough. Mine displace about as much room as a length of 6" pipe, but because they use a long squirrel cage impeller, they move less air, hence comparing them to LEDs vs HPS.

Welcome @shottafire good to see you up and around.. I grew that one strain for acouple times.. Weed was good,, just had a pitiful yield. I could've spent alittle more time working with her in veg to get the yield up there.. But at the time,, I need a flip fast.. Well I had to let her go..on a 1-10 scale she was a solid 7 3/4 almost an 8. To me that a good number...
I've yet to see that 10. That's what I'm looking for. And I know I'll never see a 10 so the search will last forever.... So many strains, so little time...........
Alittle something else going right,, the Doc Holiday I got in there is female. And I have another smaller one still in veg. Nice plant.. Stays shorter and wide. Huge fam leaves.
I also have 2 of @HydroRed' purple primates at about 3> weeks in. She isn't getting to tall. I got these in 7-gallon pots under that 1500 watt HPS lamp for now.. Along with 1 of them GMO Cakes I got over at 'Chucker's Paradise' from @amos otis. She's got alittle height on her. Still workable.
I also have some Cripit and acouple Puppies.
I drug one of the puppies out in the hall for a picture or two. I think she's about 4 weeks in. Close to that anyways........
And those fans,, well my room is 12'X10'. One wall in there holds my Porta A/C unit, my dehumidifier, a flood table, watering pots,, and 2 fans on the wall... Like I said 2 of these fans wood be perfect. I'd have to run them on low. And I'll also have to see how loud it is with vibrations coming into the other bedroom next door to it. The price is about the same. And I can mount it up way high so it will b 100% outta the way. Sure makes for good airflow... I like to see all the leaves move when the fans on.
Well that all that happening in the 'hood'
Next update will be a Cripit... She's looking wicked as hell.....

Hey, @ilikemsticky she's got aways to go.. I just seen orange hairs popping on a lower bud... I get the feeling she's going to be colorful as fuck....... It's funny the first week/10 days, when lights go out the plant looks like she ain't had water in months. Wlited looking. But she gets over it. Hey I just seen, what 3 weeks ago a harvest on another site, of some Puppies he grew. Seems like a righteous grower and went to term, proper lighting feed. Even had lower temps and plants were bright ass green at harvest? Mine, even in the dead of summer,, has never harvested green..
But you know I bought a single seed once...... And she's still here. I got 3 cuts in the veg tent.
But I was messing around tieing up mainstems and tad of lolly popping. I do that alittle at a time. The more leaves you got on a plant, the better your plant grows. The reason why we stare at a seedling and she does nothing,,,, go to a teenager with some leafage,, she grows daily. Take a person who does massive, defoliation on a veg plant,, take some recovery time before it starts to grow again. I always think of Miss J, she never grew a plant before.. This is before we hooked up, she had a nice 3 foot bush in veg.. But it wasn't flowering.. One of her 'master' grower friends said you need to remove the leaves.. ODC as Miss J is,, well the plant died........
That's my take. I HATE taking fan leaves. They got the most square inches of area on the plant. Early in flower, I tuck them under to let light thru. But as flowering progresses,, a person has'''' to do some selective defoliation. I do as little as possible.. I stand above my plant and look straight down... And if you got a leaf that looks like it's drawing more power than transmitting,,,, kill the bastard. Unless it's one of the yellowish ones with purple undertones...... They can get pretty.... Babble

Bummer bout the lighting. I push my LED's up on one side of the room. And to see how lazy I am, I need to drag that last hood out from under the bed and throw my filler light in. I as a rule run 2 1500 watt HID light. BUT I do have another area and I time to time add another 1000 watt to the mix. Well the bulb is in the room,, and;;
has been sitting on that bar stool for 3 weeks.. AND the hood's still under the bed.. Happened on one of 'them long nights' not to trip, I have more than enough lumens in that room. But the LED's lend to the colors on that side.
On the other side of the moon... I got my Cripit.. The cuts I took look great. Bummer they came off a flowering plant. But here's the typical Cripit;
Easy to snap pic's in there... But you can't see shit. But I'm going to throw what I got up anyways..

That Cripit is on my bucket list of plants to grow, great looking plant. The GMO x Cake looks interesting, should have some loud terps from the GMO.
