Jgrow,,, it's 'slightly seeded and from HSO breeder. Whatever their 'claim to fame' chem variant???? Seen alot do well with Chem Variants.... Have to say,,,, EVERYTHING in flower got nutted on,,,,,,, either from a hermie Em-Dog or a male to female of the Grape RomuimalxHuckaberry crosses.... The GrapexHuck expressed male flower in early preflower,,, then blasted female till finish........ But after looking back at those FEW preflowers that expressed male,,, had matured into ripe bastards ........ But then,,, I did find nannas on an Em-Dog,,, well one outta two..... Looking at the flowers,,, they did look kind of lacking,,,,, but that don't mean shit... SOMEONE spoiled my children..............

But have to say this,,,,,, it's some good herbs.....I really like that Sapphire OG myself after alittle cure.... Won't last long.......... Smaller yield............. Do have acouple 1/4 pounders in the nets...... And the Chem is better yet..

I grew one single Chemdog from HSO and it was one of the strongest strains ive grew along with Royal Gorilla and Liberty Haze. I just brought another 3 pack on Black Friday! Hoping to get another keeper or two!

I do have faith in this Chem-Dog,,, matter a fact I got 3 cuts started,,,, along with 2 more White Cookies..... The WC is from CKS and I've had mixed results with some of their stock.. But done well with HSO. And know more than afew that claim it's a good one......

But I do TRUELY believe we make our weed good... Ofcourse alittle bloodlines never hurts,,, In the past,,, I've grown dirt shit Mex seeds from 10 dollar lids,,,,, that once grown to sinsemilla,,, wood knock your dick in the dirt....... What is sinsemilla?

A Sex staved Goddess,,, that has been denied reproduction,, and is throwing out all she can later in life to attract pollen before she dies........................ So a person can take semi-good genetics outta a crappy 10 dollar lids,, 1.25 -1.50 oz's per,, and grow some,,, at the time,,, 35 dollar a OZ shit.... If he gives her all she needs......

We saw the same thing with Colombian Red, grow it as Sensi and it became top shelf meds.

The commercial crops I seen in Mexico were photo plants. I went down there to acouple larger commercial farms. They wood chop the males with a machete and miss alot of males while they thinned but pollen ran rampant. Youd pick up a key 2.2 pounds and you can bet your going to throw 2-3 oz of seed off just breaking it down to oz's. We use to take our motorcycles and cope 6-8 kelo at 50-60 a key double our money anyways and alot of stash.
Back in the early 70's there wasn't a big selection down LA ways. Was all standard mex commercial. Mid 70's the imports started showing here and there. Some fine pot. Taking prices from 10 dollar 'Lid' for Mex, or 25-30$ a oz. Lids should be about 1 1/3 oz's. Only afew seeds in that Old lumbo Gold/Red. Between that and the paraquat kind of hurt the Mex weed market. Afew years later I made another run for the border to see if my old friends were still kicking.. Which they were.. But since I last say they,, they grew a totally different crop.. They were weeded as close to 100% males and where not rushing the harvest. No donkey shit no sticks as big as ur thumb,, and few seeds... Prices went up to comp with Lumbo. And quailty did too...
But as to the question,, these plants were photos. They were BIG plants too. 12'+ and a guess,, 3-4 pounds per plant.. Auto flowers come from the cold area in Russia where they have shuch a short growing season,, that if they didn't autoflower,, they woodn't be here as in reproducing. Mexico really has some GREAT climate for growing,, with proper water. You can flower plants that take 12 weeks outdoors and it might not ever see rain while flowering..I'm babbling.. Off for one last pull on the jug and la la land

We got good Colombian red and gold in the late 70's. I'd tell people if you buy an ounce from me I'd deseed and destem for them. I really wasn't really losing much at that point in time. It was actually pretty decent weed for $40 an Oz.

I like oldhead stories, they keep the past present and history of things alive. Reading your post made me think of George Young in the movie Blow, when he went down to meet a farmer and bought the guy's whole harvest. I know you guys weren't loading out like that, but still for the era, I bet your loads were plenty sizable. Also, halfway through the read I realized that all mexi brick is heavily seeded which made me question why I asked in the first place if they were autos, lol. In my world, I've not smoked good sensi bud till after 9/11 when I got out of the can after a nickel. I've always had a low tolerance to weed and mexi brick always got me retarded, so when I first smoked some Canadian BC bud, I thought I was gonna die. I imagine when people in legal states phish out on edibles, that this is the kind of high I get when I smoke too much and to this day I can only take one puff of anything and I'm beyond there, 2 puffs and my life is an egg on an apex.

Back to mexi crops, I take it they never learned how to clone?

I sure wish I could get 'high'' well higher. I catch a buzz off it anymore. But back in them days with the blacklight posters and what we called quad music system. Tho''''' wasn't very many albums back then that were recorded in quadraphonic. So was just a big stereo. But over the years of being a 'garbage can' in the drug world, with unlimited amounts of herbs,, tolerance builds.. Besides the dose of pain meds I'm on probably don't help with that. I do get a giggle outta a family guy now and then, that is how I judge weed.. Speaking of weeds;;;

Yea @Skybound that man had a hella life.. THe biggest I ever did was 3 bricks in my pack. Was 3 of us. We went down to Brownville and rode enduro's there and back. I haven't been in that world in forever,, but 12 years back I knew afew Old Timers in New Mexico that use to deal weight. But I asked of course. A kilo was 450 I'm thinking. And he only did weight to a very select few.

@Pennywise I remember this shit called 'Black African Trip Weed.. It was costy... You got a finger across a baggie for like 25 bucks. I can't call it but I'm pretty sure it was dipped in opium. You can't generally taste the opium easily tho,, shit tasted like perfume. You couldn't roll a joint,, little one hit bowls. I,,, had a friend'''''' that grew out some Opium over in the central valley Cali. He grew a nice garden out back.. All kinds of shit like grafting etc. And ALOT of flowers. He even had the cops come looking for pot that walked right past them. So easy to get seeds.. Buy some poppy seed for spices and chances are you are going to get afew viable.. They radiate? the bulk seed but afew always make it thru. He even did a small coca plant out there. They never did any good in the climate tho.
And I know the Buddha Sticks of old'' big 7-gram stick were dipped too. You actually nodded from the shit.

So true Mister Hook... I tend to get out there some nights and go to the music thread,,, well one of them they have here on 420..... I tend to get alittle out there in my tastes... I started to see my show unavailable. So I figured I was getting my hands spanked again for stepping over the line........ I do tend to post afew some might not like.. I did ask Ted about it...
