Yea it sure is.. Made me think back at our camp we had where we use to mine at.. Some might know,,,Place called Dutch Flat,,least that was the closest post office.. We were on the bear river, dredging placer gold, like 15 miles to the closest telephone pole. Way the hell out there,, about 3,500-foot elevation. As the crow flies,, 10 miles WNW of highway 80 outside of Sacramento. To say we had a primitive campsite,, was an overstatement... But to flush,,, grab a shovel.. But We always made a good shit hole shovel TP, for the season,, till the city of Dutch Flat, 15 miles upriver,, started dumping more sewage into the river.. That year the 5 of us up there needed to dig 3 new shitters and wasn't enough TP at the 'local store'' cool little store,, they wood even extend alittle criedt to the local miners. And they got paid with gold over money. I paid my bills there on the same scale with either gold,, or bud.. But flushing?? We all got alittle dysentery... Man,, I wondered why the bright white quartz gravels we've had in the river the last 5 years,, all have alittle algae on them.. Well,, it took a week to figure out to leave the riverwater alone and damn up a spring for drinking water... The gold mining was great,,, was times we found damn good gold,, even if it was selling for 350 an oz.. We had alot of 10 and 15 oz days and we had a blast,, partied our asses OFF... And while we gold mined,, we had made a reservoir on another spring up the mountain which fed tubing down to out pot plants. Southern exsposer on these mountains was a growers dream.. SO in that area,, you best have a reason to be out there, if your going to be out there enough time to grow a crop.. Cops aren't stupid. Well, some are,, but anyways you get the idea.. We were paid acouple vists by both fish and game and the sheriff,, both landed with helios on the big gravel bar down on the river.. But we was really operating a working dredge camp.. So they kicked it, looked at our dedges and licc. Then we showed them 4-5 oz's of nuggets which got them to smile abit.. Offered both of them a beer and they refused, but later the F&G officer came back and had a beer or three one evening. He wanted to help pan some considtrates we had in a bucket. He was cool.. 2 ridges over we had about 100 plants. They were all 8' tall.. Well spread out garden. Anyways Jandre you brang all that thought up...
Well enough rambling....... I do have acouple pictures to post.. I threw the Crippled Rino outside for Miss J to trim. I forget how long,, 52 days tops But I love the overcast sunlight on her... Makes her look like a cold blooded bitc*
And some dry buddage, taken inside the office..
and my overgrown veg tent.. They just got thined and pruned back. Most of these are wanted for cutting.. That Crippled Rino is one I ALMOST allways get in before rains.. Good painkiller plant,, least I'm told.. So should be a good budder plant,, and for RSO. But here's the jungle before I get a axe
Well I wasted enough of ya'lls time for the night... JK I hope.. I know most people can type,, as for me, I'm one that can't, this is a LONG entery for me... Well enough I hope everyones gardens are green,, and Keepem Green
