Hey brudda i am from pac nw also, i lived in Humboldt for 5 years but had to move back to Seattle, i miss it down there but i love Seattle's weather and people

Hey Big, thanks. Beautiful country Humbolt... I loved the area for sure.. The Emerald Triangle'. The guy who kind of showed me and got me hooked on growing was around Clear Lake.. Old hippy,, squatting on government land.. Was alot different back in the 70's... Got to be big business fast.. I did alot of growing,, amongst other things,,, around the Bay Area to Donner Pass. But I also got hooked on gold,, so I drove to damn near every abandoned mine in Nor Cali's gold regions, dredged alot of creeks all over..

Anyone ever do what's called Fast Versions'''' I had one last year and it did what I call false flowering.. Other words I put her out alittle too early for a photoperiod plant, and she started flowering,, but wood soon reveg. Revegs don't work for me.. Too many branches and leafs to make air flow restricted. Sweet Seeds has them,, here's onebut they have 10 strains... Doing alittle digging I see they are photo plants,, with auto mixxed in.. Some have 1st of Sept as a finish date... Could be another KC-45..

Well I get a picture or two in abit.. One of the best things about 420, besides having a network of friends, and advise,, is these journals or your grow records... Oh man,, I forgot when I started this flip??? Dig it up in your books.. So it's always good to do alittle update..
Thanks for looking in and Keepem Green

Wow lost all I just typed,,, and takes me a second to type anything... But I was saying,, my good luck streak with germination rates can to a end.. Been awhile since I lost a seed.. My last tray had a Muay Thai, Number !, and a Chaze super auto's. Well, they all cracked,, but the Chaze never showed herself after planting. And the Muay Thai, well her first set of of three leaf,, lacked half. And didn't show a terminal top period... I kind of figured she's a cull is action.. But she's been a compensating in a very interesting way. A new terminal top from the cotyledons. Sorry not the best pic but;

I have to say, somewhere I read peoples looking for ways to keep the seed identified.. I use the wet paper towel and plastic wrap on a china plant. But if I'm doing 2 or 3 or 5 seed,, I use a perminate maker to mark the the section of paper towel I placed the seed at before wetting and folding the wet paper towel to cover and wrap it up in plastic wrap.

After I wet it to saturation, I wrap it to keep it wet and 100% humidity. Then you need alittle warmth. I picked up a digital thermometer of E-B-y. Nice little units in a garden period. But I place my plate ontop of one of my smallest light hoods. That is if the temps work out.. I might use my cable box, they are good sometimes.. But after your plate heats on it's source and remains at a steady temp,, I like 82-88,, somewhere close. For fine adjustments,, I add a paperback book or something. Check again in a half hour.. NEVER get them hotter,, or you'll have popcorn''

Hello Wood. My friend Willy says he uses a wash cloth to sprout. first Ive heard this. I had some really good seeds not sprout so from now on im s.paper shaking them.
The addiction to Nicotine is incredible! I mean incredible! Ive been smoking cigs heavy for 40 yrs myself and my lungs are clear too. Beginning stages of emphazima is all. Im thinking maybe smoking weed helps stop the cig lung damage?? Cigs will be $10. a pack here very soon. Ive been chewing the gum too. I quit for a year and just chewd the gum 6 yrs ago. Time to try again.
Is that Mt.Hood in your avatar? If its Mt.Shasta its the most snow Ive ever seen on it.
I hope your feeling good Wood. Eating ok. Not too much discomfort. Thanks for your help!!

I just want to say kind of be careful with a wash cloth.. That tap root takes off fast and creaps everywhere,,, over night.. It will find it's waay into the fibers and when you pull them out,, it's possible to damage them dedicate tips and hairs. And paper towels are reasonably germ free. .GL and Keepem Green

I had to get help to start a journal Hell, the last 3 or 4 completed journals, I ended up copying it and deleting the name and replacing it so I didn't have to start over.. I'm definitely not the brightest bulb in the box on a pc.. I'm not into posting to busy of a signiture.. Hope alls doing good out there.. I'll be back on later tonight babbling about something... Keepem Green

NCW, the 18" blue light has a white cover. Should I leave it on? It seems much brighter with the cover on. I also got a 48" blue light for outside the tent too with no cover. I used an old housing I had. Im prepared to work while there sleeping if need be. I can spray now. Thanks Wood.

I'm not sure which light your talking about.. I'm abit brain-dead right now,, but 18" must be a tube.. I'd think a cover will restrict your already restricted light intensity.. Has to I'd think.. Has to block or filter something.. The color rating or Kelvin, are from a bare bulb. Now I could see using a cover to do just that, like said,, and spread ight over things like seedlings and clones in need of inderect lighting.. I'll have to take a peek,, I kind of been lagging and spread myself alittle thin on journals,, and still have acouple to peek at..
