Onthe420train's 420 Grow

So you find you need calmag when feeding with flora nova bloom? I haven't needed any so far, just curious how long you've been using it. I've recently switched over to the flora nova line and love it so far, I'm growin in hempy's btw. I've noticed my biggest purple cindy is a little more pale green under the hps, but when I pull a leaf off and take it out it looks fine, so cant tell if she's needing some calmag or not.. I wouldn't complain if she got a bit more green though. I would add some grow nutes, but she gets rams horns easily, so that's out.

Nice lookin plants, I like that little white clip on fan too.

the cal mag isn't really necessary, no. I mainly have it for boosting nitrogen levels in flowering in case it gets a little too high in the p region and yellowing off goes down. floranova has a lot of Mg in it but I will still see little Mg def burn marks if I don't use a little cal mag - I use less than the weak suggestion on the bottle.

Ah! Sounds good, I'm gonna pick up a bottle of cal-mag and try giving my big purple cindy some of it. We'll see if she greens up a bit or not. I almost got some when I bought these flora nova nutes, but my hydroshop buddy told me the flora nova has everything necessary. For the most part that is true, but I can tell that big cindy needs a bit more mg.

Happy growing bud, will be nice to compare our DNA freebies.. :smokin:

Despite having a few flowering plants I have changed my light cycle up to 16/8 to allow for the early stage flowering to take place and the seeds to size up more and then dropping it as they get a little older and try to land in 12/12 when they're right about 8 to 10 nodes.
