Onthe420train's 420 Grow

well the deficiency was likely just the ppm being low - its sub transitional and there are already flowering plants so what I did was mix a transitional nutrient mix and dip all of the large flowering plants into that - in order to feed them a stronger solution. then pouring that mix into the main reservoir raised the ppm only a tiny bit.

well - this setup is first time use on pretty much everything but the fan and light and I have to say I am so very pleased with my carbon filter and homebox tent - the homebox comes with perfectly sized straps and a really good layout. I'm sure most tents are like this, it is a real nice perk. also the table makes it so easy to arrange and light sections I want to and the light rails are movable in the homebox which is a plus.

broke down and purchased a larger water pump and also powered on the H2O pump for bubble cloners I made 2 of them - one with 11 and one with 12 sites. once roots show these get ~400ppm flowering nutrients and 24 hrs light until they have an inch or two of roots

well everything lookin good - I kinda lost count and track of a couple of strains in there the kushberry and the moby dick are kind of mixed in somewhere with others in clusters I should probably figure out whats what right now and make each plant its own label ... balarchy

lots of rooted clones and stuff for funs I'm revegging a good blueberry cut and it will definitely become the BB momma - its in RW right now I donno if that was the best idea but can't change it now... I am not really sure how I want to run my mother area yet... I think how it is right now in soil is kind of ghetto and not providing nearly as many cuttings as I expected - maybe 2 cuttings a week at this rate - I guess I have to let the plants get much bigger and I won't REALLY need the cuttings until february - march when I start getting lots of room in the flower area.

this eve the sunday 01-03-10
seedlings were not rushed by any means recieved their first nutrients at 7 days old at EC 1.5 now 12 days the res is at 2.1 - needs to be replaced within the week though.
temp nighttime 50-60F+ daytime 75-80F HI:89 LOW:54
RH 50-60%
ec 2.1
pH 6.2

thanks social smoker and good call hah

so my nutes r floranova bloom, flora micro/bloom, cal mag, and koolbloom and I have a lot of young veg plants and early bloom plants. keeping it at a relatively stable ec of 2.2 to avoid burning any of them... and aggressive nitrogen as roots are probably well established. res hasn't been changed for 17 days they rly need some tlc I'm gonna do that tonight for sure.

they say 1-2 weeks for nute solution changing but i have gone almost 3 weeks before i felt like i was neglecting my plants..

yea its not super critical and the res was clear of pathogens but still just want to keep the ratios on key

pretty much use this for the floranova and add cal-mag and koolbloom but no floralicious or florablend - maybe if the stars align the 60 bucks will fly out of my wallet and the blendalicious in my reservoir. until then its growmore kelp.

ok so technically my seedlings have been on the veg table recieving nutrients for going on 6 full days now this next one being the 7th day, and 6th full day. they should have developed full root systems in a week or two. as soon as that damned camera cableshows up there will be up to date pictures

ok so it showed up and the pics are being uploaded now

the over watering has been dealt with by re planting in the same planter with a little different soil and many less hydro rocks at the bottom - should work well for larger plants.

for the whole table it is going down to 2 flood a day rather than 3

the really droopy girls weren't droopy at all before lights out though so I don't know.

dude, plz send me that calculator as i am using the flora nova too

ok so I've been running an ec closer to 1.8-1.9 to prevent any possible burning from going down. seems to be working well. also I'm still flooding 3x a day I just seperated the overwatered ones with small rubbermaids so they don't get flooded.
yar she blows matey a beautiful sight
