Lol, fish cake :) how did OMM get under the pots?! Lol

Queen! I agree with XL... I've always tucked away the leaves instead of removing on autos... same rational, it's not vegetating and will not recover the stress fast enough to give benefit...

If you look at even photo-period plants.. Corresponding growth slows when the fans are removed.

I have some autos growing now and I have been defolating them. After reading your post I am going to slow down a bit. This is my first Auto grow. I did not top or fim the plants. However they are growing like I did. All the side branches are almost or as tall as the main cola. I Really like the fast growth. The leaves have covered most the bud sites have been defolated.

I must be some kind of dummy but I have never noticed growth slowing after defolating. I really like what you have said and it makes sense.

That is EXACTLY how I figured OMM would look if we ever meet. I'll know who to look for now at the airport!

Thanks you beemerbill. I really thank you for your kindness. I think Jo will have a successful surgery on her eye. The Doctor is one of the best helping folks with their eyes. Sure sorry that your eye didn't come out exactly right.

Sure, go ahead and spectate Cronic. :high-five: T said he might be over tomorrow....however he may not...then it will be Monday. See what I mean. Best to give me a call. All we are doing is cleaning and then trying to get a timer set up for the reduced lighting thing. I want to see if it really does help in veg. :peace: Be good to see you anyway! :bravo:
 
I think you will like GLR, if for nothing else the savings on the light bill:)
just gonna take less time to recoup the LED costs.
I do think that GLR helps them finish faster. along with a DLS:)

Hey Thanks fish. For sure on the light bill here. jandre and others have encouraged me to try it...and now you...so it shall be....except outside. :rofl:

deminished light schedual, while you are in flower and say the lights are on12/12 after 2 weeks chop a half hour of light so you are at 11.5on and 12.5 off then every other week knock another half hour off till you get to 9/15 or harvest which ever comes first:)
I did this last grow along with GLR and the plant finished faster and stickier. atleast I thought so.

Hey CF! Well, hopefully yours doesnt slow down! And I've always wondered if some small stress may not stave off flower for a bit for autos... I think BID said LST worked well with his autos.. And that's as low stress as you can go... Honestly, if space isn't an issue.. Maybe LST is a good idea all the time... Even with the photo's...

Unless your OMM and FIM until who knows which way is what to train to in the first place!
