OMM's Social Network Part 3

Hi Everyone.....you too fish cake!

An update from the world of OMM. Life Sucks at Times..this is one of those times!

By the time I parked and walked to the hospital, I was totally out of breath. A Dr. walking by made me wait until someone came with a wheel chair and took me up to urology. Once there I was fortunate enough to watch while they looked through my bladder. NO FRIGGIN CANCER! Yahoo! :thumb:

So home I went and Jo had not returned from her Doctor's appointment, so I called and she had been sent to the hospital in an ambulance. Off I went to see her. By the time I got there they had run all kinds of scans on her, including an MRI. They could find nothing! She's hooked to an IV and all sorts of other things. I saw her again tonight and she was throwing up and her head was pounding. She is still in a great deal of pain.

I wasn't feeling all that hot, but there were things I had to do......Like go get her car and take it back home....they tow cars left at night there. Then I had to take a bus to go pick up my car. Grabbed a bit to eat, then headed back to the hospital to see Jo again. Once again her head was splitting and she was throwing up.

I tell ya folks sometimes life is a big pain in the butt. However, I think things will work out for us both in the end, we just have to keep at it.

So we are back to square one. They will cure us both, I'm sure....once they find out what is wrong with both of us. I'll keep you posted. Thank you all for all your concern and well wishes. ! Besides I have a big grow planned and I want to start soon.

Damn... Glad there's no cancer, I'm sorry to hear about Jo being in the "horse pittle." Along with the headache and nausea, does she have a fever? There's got to be something the docs are missing. Of course, when I go in with a migraine and they scan(m) me, they can't see anything wrong with my brain either. But the fact that nausea, and vertigo accompany the headache, says there's something amiss neurologically.

I laughed about the car, though, you never really think of what a trouble it is to get your car back home, when you drive someone's car that's not your own. I experienced this one recently while my car was in the shop. I borrowed someone's van while they were away and ended up calling AAA to tow my car home. I guess I could have taken the bus, but it takes an RT Bus 45 minutes to an hour to go to the same place that it takes a car to drive in 15. That is if there's no transfer somewhere.

They'll fix you both up, it just may take some time. Hey, at least there's no chemo, or radiation!

Hey OMM, I hope this note finds Jo and you much better, or at least with some answers. Keep doin what they tell you to do, and we will keep sending the positive vibes Jo's and your way. Hopefully the MRI will show something.

And thanks to all that replied to my questions, doing some research on the setups now. Another question I've come up with is HOW DO I KEEP THE TEMP OF MY WATER AND NUTES DOWN BELOW 70 DEGREES F.? Not looking to run a chiller, but I gotta do what I gotta do. Again thanks all.

And OMM, best health vibes to you and Jo. :circle-of-love::circle-of-love::circle-of-love: :peace: Out.

Assuming your room temps are above 70* and you're not gonna run a chiller, just about your only option is frozen water bottles in the res.

FYI...I've run hydro with temps above 75* F with no problems. But, I had an airstone in the res and was using both DM Zone and H2O2 to help prevent any mold/fungus/algae.

:cheertwo:good what ever time it is OMM, man I sure hope they figure out something to help Jo get some relief.
glad to hear you dont need your pecker removed or anything like that:)
hope you both feel peachy soon
:circle-of-love:

Sorry to hear that progress is slow but it's really good news that there isn't any cancer. You guys will be in our thoughts and prayers.

Well at least one HUGE positive... No cancer! :yahoo: Now, we need to all keep positive vibes going for Jo, and some answers for both of you. :cheertwo:

Hi Ya Xlr8 ! :high-five:

Good news...Jo is home now ! :cheertwo: They ran every test they could think of and could not find the reason for the migraines. They did experiment with the drugs they gave her and found one the made the migraine kind of stay in the background and that's what she will be on for the foreseeable future. She took one tonight and went right to sleep. Plus they are non-narcotic.

A side effect of her being in the hospital was she has quit smoking. She didn't miss them at all. Great!

I'm using the 3 different inhalers to clean my lungs with. So far I haven't seen any results, but I think they will help me over time. I have upcoming appointments to help clean my lungs too.

I've always used Military Hospitals so I was in for a few shocks going to a very clean, well equipped, well run hospital. We have no idea what the cost will be, but it won't be cheap. There was a bar code on everything and they had a band around her arm they flashed every time she used something. They flashed it. Tissue paper, soap, what ever. Flash. The modern hospital. Down to each pill she took....Flash! We may have to skip town! :cheesygrinsmiley:

If we stay on course and do what they tell us too, I think in a month or so we may see better health.
My seeds are screaming "Plant Me!" Soon I hope!

Wah-HOOOOOO!

yeah, that barscan, is more for tracking purposes, so no one forgets to write down what drug she's had.

Take your time with the next germ, don't wanna start it before you're better. We're patient... as can be, anyway.

Good to hear Jo's back home.
hopefully you both should start to feel better this week.
positive energy being sent your way

OMM you guys are in my prayers bud. If I lived on that isle you wouldn't of had to walk no where or drive no where man!
Don't be too proud to let people help yah out brother.:;):

saw you catching up ... that is a good sign!! :cheesygrinsmiley:

Great news OMM! So glad Jo is home, and that things appear to be on a better course for you both. I'm sure the stress of all this has you pretty exhausted too, so just ease back into things, k? :):):)

Great news, glad everything is starting to look up.

Congrats to Jo for quiting smoking, have to find the positive in that deal. Also really glad that they found nothing serious with her. Sometimes no news is better than bad news

Also if you are feeling frisky, you may go ahead and plant 1 seed. Just 1, till you feel better
