I always give him well wishes from you all
hes always informed of how you all miss and think about him
and he keeps saying I gotta try to get on 420 heheh
hell make it on one day I know he will
but other than that I saw him last night hes doing fair as usual dropped off some smoke for him
glad he is puffing again but not so happy hes smoking cigs again too
he said he stopped for like 3 months I wish I could I wouldn't pick up another cig
but I guess at his age he can do what he want and just be happy
catch you guys later ima try and get my three week update up sometime today/tonight

Hey Brotha Buck err yea the computer is right there by his couch where he watches tv
I honestly think its more of a matter of motivating himself to get on the computer
and I think part of it is his confidence level isn't what it used to be as far as computers go
but ill let him know your a bit upset he can smoke and not say hi to everyone

but seriously I think he just has a confidence problem hes worried he cant navigate where he wants to
but I'm sure he can if he tries but I guess theres other things that may affect that like jo's health

I smoked 3 packs a day... most likely even though I quit many years ago my heart problems are due to that. I know that anyone can quit. You just have to do it.
Cigarettes are so comforting though and they fill those awkward times and and and

These days there is vaporized nicotine. Don't get one that tastes good rather get a strong one that tastes like shit. When you quit cigarettes cold turkey don't use the vaporizer until you have such an urge to smoke you would kill for it, then take one...only one puff from the nasty Ecig. It will do two things...immediately stop the urge to smoke as it has delivered your fix but it tasted like shit and did not comfort you like the ciggs do. Your urges will be further apart and finally cause it tastes like shit you will stop using the Ecig...
I have had a bad tobacco habit but these days its mostly weed,, I also hate them with a passion ,,I was using a vape for my Nicotine habit but then MissP started up smoking spliffs an we are at a point where I try to only smoke a spliff
My problem here though I cant really afford it the weed or the baccy ,,then theres the health I have a ganja vape extreme Q ?? But the glass elbow joints break very easy an parts cost alot of cash whith the added tax I am happy to just do edibles but the F****g tobacco

found out I have to fix my roof through all these rains I didn't see a leak but last night was pouring bad and the thunder was shaking the house
anywho I saw our buddy earlier in the eve when it wasn't raining so bad yet I ran to the store and he was getting in his car with jo just had dinner at denny's
hes still fair as always at least hes getting out and about still

ok I have an update love and prayers out to our Buddy hes in the intensive care unit at castle hospital
right now, hes awake and talking but his heart is weak and isn't breathing well
I saw him today and jo has told me we was in the hospital for a few days but only in intensive care since yesterday.
as I said I saw him up and awake but he says its like hes living in 2 realities.
just wanted to fill you all in I just was informed this morning by jo of him being in the hospital
didn't sound too good so I visited him sooner than later.
