You have the 10 watt single chip LED's from Advanced ?? have you ever tried to flower whit them and if so did they work??
I have the 5 watt single chip LED's from California Lightworks and so far they are working great so I was wondering if the 10 waters would work that much better???

High, high 420kwats.
I have grown her twice and was just thinking of her the other day. I believe I grew her in my 3rd and 5th grow. If you look at the fist page of any of my grows it will tell you what I grew in each one.
Just because her seeds are cheap, that doesn't mean she not a good strain. If I grow again, she will be in the grow. She is pleasure to grow and yields good. She likes FIMing too. She was a staple for me for a while. Norcaliwood turned me on to her.

That's what I have exactly the 10 watters. I don't think I have flowered with them at all. I can tell you they veg well, with everything turned up to full blast. I just learned to lower them closer to the girls than I had them before. I think they are good lights.

The higher wattage, at least in theory, would give deeper penetration allowing you to grow taller plants. The general "rule of thumb" is that you "don't grow trees with LED's". As the wattage increases, that rule becomes less of an issue.

Thank's OMM, I found it after posting, Yours looked like it had alot of sativa to it, mine is very squatty indica that I will use for a mother for hempy runs. I am also looking for a stain to run for some people that have cancer. What would all of ya'll recommend? I have double glock from ripper, Greenhouse AMS, Train wreck,WW,White Rhino,Great White Shark, Cheese, Freebies-Delicious Caramelo & Northern Light Blue with some sleestack x skunk

I am not an expert at all when it comes to LEDs. I do remember reading that some where, however it was a while ago. I came by my lights in around about way and never researched them. I am still learning about them myself.
Maybe someone with more knowledge about LEDs will join in and explain things to us. Help...anyone?

The 1W LED's are basically "1st generation". It was the newest technology several years ago. They are energy efficient, especially compared to MH & HPS, but again, with the lower wattage, it has very poor penetration into the canopy. If you grow your plants short enough, and have the lights close enough to the top of the plants, they're OK.
