Hi groover Did you see my message to you when I posted the planting of the AirPot? I was thinking of you at the time. I can DIY...I can!:yahoo::yahoo:
Da Vinci? Would like to see that too. I did see some of his actual work while I was in Italy. Mostly paintings. Sheer genus.:ganjamon:
Hope all is going well for you:peacetwo:

Just saw it now. Is that hole for the antenna.:biglaugh::rofl: The Da Vinci stuff was great. Genius for sure. I think you'd like the poster I got. It's called Vetruvian Duck and it looks like thishttps://www.travelpod.com/travel-photo/monkeytoes/viv-bryrtw2006/1152882480/cimg7001.jpg/tpod.html It's a shame he never invented something to stop people taking their annoying little brats to exhibitions:rofl::peace:

Thanks for the re-explanation on the pots OMM. That definitely sounds like something I would give a shot under the right circumstances.

I love the Vitruvian Duck!

:rollit::peace:

That air pot looks sweet OMM, I wish you the best my friend!! I can't wait to see how it all turns out.

:goodluck:

Thanks MI It's going to be interesting what ever happens, but I hope it comes up roses....I mean Buds. :ganjamon:

Cool, the pots are out, and the girls are in! Looking fantastic:yummy:

Hey sisco ya dirt farmer, how goes it? If the crash test dummy is still living a fews days from now, they are all going in the AirPots. For the forth day in a row, when I turned on the lights I had to raise my lights in both cabs. I'm gonna run out of space soon. This grow is really taking off now, not slow like my last one,:ganjamon::ganjamon::ganjamon:

I cannot believe I just now saw this thread!
OMM,
I too am making a switch to air pots! So far I just have a mama in a 5.2 gallon pot to see how they work and I'm impressed. She's sucking up water & nutes twice as fast as her sister in a 5 gallon bucket next to her.
My next batch of clones will be vegged in the 3 liter pots and then transplanted to the 3.4 gallon pots for bloom. Transplanting should be interesting considering it looks like I will have to take the pot apart to get the plant out.:yummy:

Hey OMM, I made you this Vitruvian Duck avatar and do not know how to give it to you...can't post it in my photos...maybe you can steal it from my avatar somehow then I can go back to my old one. :thumb:

Or if anyone has any idea's on how to get it to OMM, let me know.

:peace:

Way cool orangeblood Do you have journal? I would love to see it.
Just as I thought, they are kinda hyper pots. Just what I wanted.
Bud, I sure don't envy your replanting. We were just talking about that very subject. Well, you wont have a gigantic root ball to deal with, so it might be easier than we think.:ganjamon: Glad you visited and you are always welcome here. :goodluck:

I tried and you can just right-click and "save image as" to get it.

Thank you High for your trouble:surf:
However, I think everyone knows my Avatar, it would seem like I would be losing my identity. I am truly grateful for your effort my friend. Bless you. :peace:

Just a thought about transplanting out of those pots orangeblood and OMM.

You could use a knife and cut around the plant to make a slightly tapered plug so you could lift the plant right out and place it in a larger air pot. Might be hard to find a knife long enough to reach the bottom of the pot. The plug could be round or square, whatever is easiest.

Just a thought. :rasta:

I have both a continuing journal and the air pot thread in the product reviews. Both are links on my signature.
With the aeration the roots get with these pots it's got to be the closest thing to a hydro grow that a soil grow can offer. My watering habits have had to be modified with the fast uptake and I have to water the plant slowly so the water does'nt wash out of the top holes before it gets a chance to soak into the root zone. :ganjamon::rasta:
