OldMedMan Goes Indoors Part 2

Please A moment of Silence.

Today THsea and I faced facts and cut down the Twilight and poor Lucy. They were more dead than alive. When we looked at the roots.....first there wasn't many and those that were there were dark brown. These are the two plants I kept small for months. Don't think I'll do that again. Live and learn.

We looked at the rest of the girls and they were fine, just those two.

Good bye Lucy! :smokin2::smokin2: Boo Hoo!

:rip: That sucks uncle O, what you thinking it was? Maybe the soil was kept too wet? I don't see it staying too wet cause of the pots... but maybe it was packed too tight?

Do you water enough to have it come out the bottoms, I ask cause sometimes if you just water a measured amount, like a gallon it will only be enough to keep the top half of the soil and roots alive... Just throwing it out there. Whatever it was I really don't think it could have gotten root problems from a longer veg. but then again you never know.

:scratchinghead: if the volcano pops you all have to run towards the ocean right? So then after it blows and the sunami comes you have to run back up the the volcano? :lot-o-toke:

Beautifull brother garden is looking amazing, Mekong High has an amazing structure think im adding Grapefruit Krush to my wish list there fruits look delicious.

Hey Buddy!:Namaste:

Mekong High was recommended by Closet Farmer. He knew what he was talking about! Beautiful Girl.

Grapefruit Krush was recommended by Chopper. In fact he recommends any Emerald Triangle strains. So do I. :thumb:

Hey Sisco You may be right...They were in regular pots for months, although THsea and I didn't see anything wrong at the time of replanting.

Aunt Jo and I were just talking about if it blows. Our contractor told us where to go in case of an earthquake. So we are ready. If the wind blows this way it will be hard to breath. Problems problems. :smokin2::smokin2: Merry Christmas! :circle-of-love:

On a sadder note, i found out now that they are drug testing all kinds of different times, usually you just had to be ready for it first thing in morning, now they tested another group at 10:30 am......i dilute every morning just to pass in case they are there when i show up now that means i would have to keep drinking water all day long, this to me is bullshssss. Now it makes me want to get a MJ license, only thing is i don't like the police regulating it, plus i own firearms and hunt and don't want them to take those away and also don't want a legal battle with my employer but i can't see how if its legal in the state and you have a prescription for it they can deny that, when if you had a prescription for tylox or other pain meds you would be fine and no penalty. Thats some bull.

Envy you OMM that you are past all that nonsense point...plants lookin great

Sorry to say, but I do not believe that employers are forced to keep you if you turn up positive... Even with a MMJ license. I got a Marinol prescription thinking that would remedy that... But if employers want they can test to see if your smoking ganja or taking those THC pills... If you have a good boss, they will keep you with your MMJ license and just tell you to not medicate at work.. But they aren't held to respect your card.

OMM! Getting so close! Don't let it drive you crazy! :) The girls will finish soon!

Hi OMM - sure sorry to hear about Lucy and Twilight. That sucks. :rip:

Volcanoes are scary! I used to live in Washington state, and thought an awful lot about volcanoes. I loved the Mt. St. Helens area, and spent some time there. I've never seen anything so beautiful and awe inspiring. You could stand 40 miles from that mountain and swear you could walk to it. Nothing in between to provide perspective. A volcano can do things to the landscape that can't even be imagined otherwise. Mother nature is truly amazing.

See, every time I get behind in your journal something bad happens. This time Lucy is gone... I hope I didn't miss something else! What next? I need to not get behind on your journal, it's that simple.

kola bear....I understand your angst. :smokin2::smokin2:
If your job is a good one and you make good money, then you have to think of that. I was looking at the same situation once in the military. I had 7 years to go before retirement and I just flat quit. Too much to lose. As it turned out, it was the best decision I ever made....the military paid for everything and still do for me. Unfortunately I had cancer and they retired me. Certainly was a big, but the best decision I ever made.
What's bad in your case is that if you ask about it.....your pleading guilty already. I wish you luck my friend.

Hey xlr8 ! Well, if you put it like that , come on by.....just to say "Hello". Enough bad things. Poor Lucy.:smokin2::smokin2:
I got to do a before and after of St. Helens. Looked worse than a battle field.
Think we should rename Mother Nature to "Bitch!". She did allot of damage this year all over the world..
Glad your grow turned out so well my friend! :high-five:

Hawaiian Islands are massive but quiet hot-spot flows.
PNW volcanos are blow-off valves over pacific plate subduction zone.
Yellowstone is the one that nobody will escape. 12-22-2012?
Party now

So right Propa Gator.

Yellowstone goes we all go. It's waiting to happen. Hope it waits until after we are gone. Not being able to breath doesn't sound good to me.

That's the reason I worry about the two dormant one's on the big island ....if the three go.....same as Yellowstone....good bye cruel world! :smokin2::smokin2:

the girls look really good! :adore: i believe in the power of "thoughts become things" have you heard of a book or movie called "the secret" it was life changing for me! and after experiencing it i can say that it is real, go check it out, if you have netflix its on there,,so i think if we all think about what we want and not think about what we dont,,all that energy cannot be denied by our earth or the universe,in fact everyone i reccommend "the secret" to has came back to me and said "omg that was amazing! im gonna do it":adore: we are all gonna be fine! i mean that and truly desire everyone live and have their "joy" realized:circle-of-love:

@ THsea and OMM....I hear you on the drug testing policy, but my beliefs are that this helps me with my body aches....i don't burn everyday in fact i cut back tons, if anything i smoke 2x a week (probably only 2 hits for each day) I don't like or feel it is ok to have a perscription of valium, oxy, etc. and that flies if caught with that at work if you have a current perscription, when once they leave you could pop 4 pills and who would know. When this medicine is legal in your state and your employment is only under state laws not federal i cannot see (legally) how your employer can dictate the medicine that you are prescribed and choose to use. IMHO.

Yes OMM i have a very good job and am blessed, and even some co-workers tell me same as you, however, some of these guys do coke thinking that that is better since its out of your system, i don't do coke, don't like it, and flat out think their logic is nutts. Don't even care to drink, if given the choice i rather take a hit and chill and have my body feeling good (work involves lots of manual labor + i aint getting any younger)

Just bummed thats all...but thank you both for your feed back, new years resolution for me to just stop and do it when on long vacations and just eat the pain:Namaste:
