Yep, kola bear that was a shame. She was good gal, THsea and I both liked her. She would over to pick up something and we made sure she was feeling no pain when she left.
I'm doing good today....so is Jo. One more xmas package to mail tomorrow and we're done.......that is, we still have to get our Xmas present, an Xbox360. So we can play games in style! Hope your doing fine too!

You crack me up OMM, check your buds good one....I think they are fine and dandy.....I wanna give a shout out to you and give respect, i love the fact you are doing this for these people, you are still taking a risk, (hell everyone on here is) but i'm glad that you don't care about the BS behind MJ and are willing to help reach out to these people in need rather than have them turn to pain pills.....here where i live its all about OXY now, people are killing, robbing, breaking into pharmacies to get these pills, they are crushing it up snorting it, smoking it, and now shooting it up........MJ takes the pain away and you can still do something.....GO FIGURE.....kudoos to you my friend....You and Jo have a good holiday season, awesome job getting the Xbox360, i dont have time to play games with the young one running around plus 1 more soon.

Yes, your right Sisco. Living was very hard for her. Just a down home sweet lady. She was fun on her good days, great sense of humor. Brave!

So sorry to hear about the woman that passed... sad sad news to hear of anyones life ending. My condolences to her family and yours OMM. I'm sure that you were a silverlining to her during your time knowing her.

Hi voltron Yep, I really was a caregiver for her. She was just a sweetie. Thanks for your kind words. Many times she would come and pick up something from me and then sit there and smoke it with us. I would aways slip her some more before she left. I am going to miss her.

The story...yep...bad things sometimes make great opportunities. Me being put in the ed.center opened a few big doors for me. Well, sometimes I had to knock hard before they would open the door. My career took off after that time. Before then I never thought of a "career". Good times.

OMM strikes again! Oh, and everything was fine. X-mas tree is going up tomorrow instead! Tonight I set up the closet for the UFO, gonna start germination too I guess... Gotta get this ball rolling!

You know it Buddy, we are all at risk. The first person I helped had a mmj card, but we knew he was going to die...he had pancreatic cancer...all he wanted was pain meds. I made sure he had them. I would have loved to have known him before his cancer, he too was just a fine person. His wife would come pick up for him. He actually died in her arms smiling. I better call her and see how she's doing, she is now taking care of her dieing mother. She is a brave soul.
I am so glad we have 420, so we can cheer each other up at times.

We nixed the Xbox360. We wanted the extend that would let us move around, then we realized it would make us worse!

OK! Now you've, made me envious. You have one little one and another coming......Have fun, your in the best days of your life!

For got oxcy....only thing I was ever addicted to. Prescription did it to me. People are nuts snorting and shooting that stuff. Crazy.

Hi OMM and all the 420 Gang,

Just a quick visit. Hope everyone is ready for the holidays!! We still have to get the tree up and some outside lites! Grandkids will be here next week.

Love the story OMM. I have been reading online about the Korean War and Chosin Resv. My dad (USMC)was over there, F-2-1 . The engineers told of "acquiring" what they needed to repair things, bridges etc... sounds similar to your story of "acquiring" parts you needed!
Also back in June when I was having a lot of stress, I just stopped drinking my evening/nightly wine Had to reup on my meds so saw the Dr. I asked how I could just quit drinking like that.... she said, "cause it wasn't working anymore." I thought that was interesting and maybe others would find it so. She proceeded to double my antidepressant. It seemed to help. I worked my way back to just one a day,,,cost is terrible without insurance! I do have an occasional drink now and then, but not wine and never more than 2. Usually dont want them, but do it if I have to be in a social situation. Still OCD sometimes.

We are still growing in the closet. Keeping hubby happy! I pretty much just do the harvesting now, he has him a grow buddy now and they can talk for way to long about fertilizer and such. He got 2 technaflora kits free at the festival in October. Dont tell him but I got him some very cool glass pipes for xmas when I was in Fla recently!!!

Sorry to hear about your friend. Cant imagine the pain she was in. She is in a better place now.

I really liked what your Doctor said..... to you "it wasn't working anymore". Never thought of that. Great! My Doc just changed my meds too....was over powering, so I am taking one every other day. So sorry you can't get your meds paid for. That sucks!

So the old man has a grow Buddy? That's so cool for him...man talk! But he doesn't trim! Hands off to you. Glad to hear he is doing good. He had me worried for a long while.

I lost my only friend out here 3 yrs ago to the cancer, also a very funny and nice man...

I just finished having breakfast with his wife, my wife's grandma.. and she says " I really think he would have eaten or drank water if he hadn't been so scared about going to jail for using marijuana" we miss him a bunch.

We'll it's just a cycle and we are not cheating it or escaping it, so do what you can and for who you can while still on the earth.

Yah my father died of cancer i count my blessings i was able to care for him in all his last days/months....he never did the MJ but just being their for him was good, as well as how that lady feels (a little overwhelming but good overall inside)

Yes....sleepless nites again...hurray......

I really wish i could legally take MJ as meds but scared cause my job so instead i drink tons of water early in morn and go on 420mag like i am now ....systems so dumb

On a not so good a comment.....make sure you check yourself with a doctor every once in a while.......most cancer is genetic and passed on. One of my sons found his early and it was no problem. Don't be like one of my friends who was macho and didn't get checked. He was gone in months, once he did go to the doctor.

When my boys were small...I was the one who got up in the middle of the night and walked them. I loved it and have great memories of doing it.

I guess the question is...would your company still keep you if you were a legal MMJ user. Most older Bosses have been brain washed about it.

Hi All !

Well, scary time for Hawaii again. :surrender:

10 o'clock news said Kilauea Volcano on the big island is gonna blow big time any time now. As you know it is always active, but there is a big build up inside it and it is going to blow soon. Not sure when....but it will happen. We will have earthquakes for sure and lots of debris. Real growing conditions...not!

Last time we had earthquake we didn't have electricity for a week. Guess that's one way to cut my electric bill.

So if I'm not here you will know why.


The big island is the top of the tallest mountain in the world.....mostly underwater.

I worry about it, because there are two dormant volcanoes there too. If they all blow...good bye world. Jezzzz why do I think about that kind of stuff?

Who knows when it will blow? Maybe it will wait a 100 years......I hope!

Too bad I'm not religious ......I'd be praying about now.

I didn't know it either until I saw it in paper the other day. We actually have another active volcano too. It's building another island under the sea. University of Hawaii is trying to figure out how it can harness some of the energy for the islands.
Man, I was just thinking what the growers on the big island must be doing,,,,,,mostly praying!
