A Real Different Picture Update Folks !!!

Change has come again to my grow, as you can see it's all outdoor now. HECO = Hawaiian Electric Company has doubled my light bill. It was running between $650.00 to over $ 850.00 a month. This month it is $1500.00 and I just can't pay that kind of money and survive, so..........as of now the tent is closed. The Veg room is closed and ready or not they are all going outside. Here are pictures of the one's THsea and I could replant and put out today. The rest will be put out tomorrow. So much for the long veg time.

HECO has said that they checked the reading twice to make sure it was right, even so I'm going to challenge their reading and see what they say. It's getting harder to live in out country as you all know.

The new girls that we used as FIM examples will be under 2 CFLs and we will video it again, so that will still be going on.

Kinda quite in my cave tonight....no AC running and no fans......strange!

Worry... worry... What changes have you made outside so the jerks that ripped you off last time don't do it again??? I worry A LOT about you for this! My goodness, it takes forever (and a lot of elec expense evidently) to get them to this point, let alone ready to flower.... and I am STILL hot about you being knocked out and ripped off last time!

Just a question... have you ever thought of planting direct in the ground outside? It would sure make it a little harder for the jerks to get a plant... ok... guess they could just cut it off, but the SIZE of the plants are so much larger when grown direct in the ground (they get all the root room they need) so they would have to take a lot longer to cut and haul them and ya might just have a lot of plant left!

I started mine inside and put them outside as soon as they were big enough to be able to handle the weather (acclimated to weather like tomato plants). It sure doesn't take many of these size plants to produce a whole lot more per plant than inside plants do. I am going to add ONE image of my outside girls just to demonstrate the difference... and getcha thinkin'!

I only have one pic with a 5 gallon bucket in it that helps demonstrate the size... then I circled ONE Pineapple Chunk plant on the end to highlight that within the circle is ONE plant (the Ladyburn planted behind it didn't stand a chance - but I cloned her!). The corn in the picture is around 8 to 9 feet tall... so I think you can see how massive these grew.

If ya have any "extra" seeds, maybe you could do a couple test plants? But you would need to work the soil... so you'd need some help... THSea?

Anyhoo - your outside girls look FABULOUS DARLING!!! I bet they will LOVE THE SUN!!! AND I SEEM TO REMEMBER THE EXES GOT PRETTY DAMN TALL IN THAT HI SUN!!!

Just wanted to bring that to your attention as it looks like a little N def is all.

Wow...that electric bill would choke a horse. Good thing you live in such a wonderful climate that you can just set them outside. I'm with granny...what have you done to keep them and you safe? And don't I remember you saying something about acid rain from all the volcanic dust somewhere before? How does that affect your girls? And MS is right, they look a little N def.

doesn't really look like N deficiency . looks like they were taken from artificial light into God's beaming spectrum ang intensify. they are growing fast right now.
and whats this gran-gran is saying bout you being knocked out? the rippers?? if this is so, i would really love to come sit in your garden and wait on those punks!!! SERIOUS!!!

I agree with GT, I don't think it's N related, I think it's just the new sets coming in.. You would probably have an N issue start from the bottom leaves up..and I see a lot of dark green there.

I think I think I remember you putting your neighbors on alert and setting up more noise makers or something, I'm sure THsea is hiding in the shed ready to pounce and hogtie any trespassers too. Take care UO..

Hey, I was knocked down, not out! Same thing really! THsea and I are doing some things. We have a better and higher fence and a locking gate. Motion sensors with lights and sound Trip wires and other things planed.

About 2 and 1/2 feet down in our yard you hit salt water. This was the beach not long ago, so no in the earth growing.

Your plant is amazing!

I know..the bill is insane....we'll see what happens...maybe I should let them talk to Jo. She was once a killer bill collector, Jersey Girl and all.

I hose them down on VOG days! Sometimes too big to cover.

All four houses around me are occupied by owners. who know what I do and why, and have agreed to watch things for me. Since I'm legal we can call the cops too. THsea and I are blocking the line of site from the front too. I probably wont revel all the things we have done. Ya never know!

Yea......think new growth too, however I did give them some organics as they were due anyway. All of them has been given their Azamax for critters and leaf miners as per usual here and outside. The re potted ones also received a little root juice. More pictures tomorrow!

That electric bill is bullshit...I hate Nevada Power because they have monopolized on the state and they have 5-35% rate hikes a few times a year...I'm not exactly sure the % amount they raise it, but it always seems to grow bigger and bigger...They promoted to everyone to use energy efficient lights and would buy all of your outdated appliances if you upgraded to Energy star appliances and then after everyone jumped on the wagon to save energy and try to cutback...They come out and say they have to increase the rates again because of how much money they were losing every quarter since we all went efficient!!! What the Fuck huh??? You cannot win with these fuckers...I know when my 1000watter is going only on its 12/12 cycle along with 1 250watter for veg going 24 hours, it runs around 75-90 dollars extra a month...Now when I go with 1000watt for veg too and add another 1000watt, it goes up of course, but to have an 850.00 bill would kill me...I like my house cold around 70-75 degrees in the summer and grow but it maxes out around 550-600 a month..That is even with a 5 year old who never shut the lights off anywhere!!! Go with the Mother Nature power!!! It is free after all huh!!! It does suck that you have to always keep a guard on your shit though...And the sad thing is, if they were caught in the act, would they use violence or deadly action to get what they want??? There will always be something making shit hard on us...I hope all is well and I will now shut up about me, I sometimes forget this journal is about you!!! I'm not as good as you at storytelling either OL MAN!!! Keep your head up and...Don't sweat the petty, pet the sweaty!!!!

You just described HECO, Same kind of stuff going on. 30 years ago we had gigantic windmills all over this side of the island......they are all gone now. What's up with that?

Well, I had three outdoor grows with no problems, maybe I'll get lucky once more.

It's time to pray, meditate, consult the stars, shoot Buddha, chant, dance Sufi dances all night, rub your pet rock,and get even higher Brothers and Sisters . Then we can think of what tattoos we would like to see on some of our in-laws.

While working today THsea and I had a visit from "munki" and his lovely wife. They've been vacationing in the islands. They went to the Big Island first, of course.

He's one of 420's most creative growers. Had a really good visit, as fine a folks you'll ever find. They are headed up to the north shore tomorrow to see the big ass waves rolling in.

Hi OG13. Actually it's mostly me. The only real insects that have bothered me are Leaf Miners, however I am paranoid about setting them on the ground here. Too many little creatures always moving around here. I usually kill the grass and all living things
around where my pots are. Didn't have the time this time.
