Layout is simple, its 1/2 of a 1 car garage or actually 1/4 of a 2 car garage.
Veg is 5.5'x5.5' ceiling height is 8.5'. There are 3 actual well insulated walls and the 4th is a panda plastic door flap.
Flower room is 10x5.5x8.5. There are 2 and a half walls and the garage door. We took the garage door tracks down when we were sheetrocking except right at the door. I covered the door with 2 thermo blankets. I used wood and pvc to hold it tight to the door. (Door is an insulated door too.) The half wall is completed by a large panda plastic flap.

I intend my new veg room system to be 12 x 5gal buckets with netpots filled by Hydroton as I already have lots of that. By the way the light is a 1000 w MH in a 4'8" parabolic hood. The flower room has 2 x 1000w HPS and 2 of 4 of my LEDs (other 2 will go up soon before i don't fit to put them up...) I am waiting on a 4" vortex inline fan to get here for the veg room. I will split off the intake for the flower room and add an intake into the veg room. (Had the one in the flower room before I flipped em)

If the chiller was just replacing that 55 gal drum that would be great.

OK the clones looked like they were stressed, probably because of res and room temps. So I took them from there spots and placed them in rapid rooters. I will have to keep a close eye on them.... I put them in the humidity dome with the seeds....We shall see.... there were some roots started. just funny looking structure and real small.

hey my aero cloner water temp is like 78*F and the ambient temperature (under the humidity dome) is like 81*F . The ppp clones dont seem to mind the warm temp for rooting. just a note

Noted. I still dumped the clone machine last nite and put all into rapid rooters. I am hoping they will take off.... I don't know why they wouldn't... I am looking a water chillers on ebay now. I am also looking at fans...

i cant remember where i saw it but there was a good DIY water chiller for like a water cooler that you put a 5 gal. jug on top of it. seems pretty simple and im sure you could find one of those water coolers for under $150

I think i am going to order one. I saw them for like $250 online. I am working with Bassman on an idea to use the chiller as my res and just add a timer and pump with lines to all my buckets....

I have a spelling correction of one of the strains names. It is not Sputnick, however it is Spoetnik #1 .
Here is the strain review:
Spoetnik #1 is a versatile plant with excellent resistance to a wide variety of horticultural problems. She has compact rock hard buds, and offers an unusually cerebral stone for a pure Indica – an uplifting, meditative awareness.

This variety is a superb spectacle. Her slow start may cause growers concerns. Suddenly, out of nowhere, she bursts forth around day 38 or 40 of the flowering cycle. Spoetnik #1 seems like she is reviving her engines, storing up everything she is fed for the countdown in the last 2 weeks of flowering, when she explodes with amazing power.

By harvest, the plants look oily, thanks to their heavy coating of glands. Her colas form into rockets: long and cylindrical.

She tastes like dark Corinthian grapes mixed with a mineral, astringent touch on the exhale.
The effects of this pure Indica strain are surprisingly uplifting, with no physical crash at the end. The high is felt mostly on the top of the head and in the face.

I love dwc and I actually think it's extremely simple. Once you understand it, I think it becomes really ez.

Maybe because that was my initial forray into this thing and I know I have killed every single plant I ever grew in soil, so I had to look at hydro and it seemed more controllable at very fine levels. Not that I didnt have some issues 1st grow. But it was simple to learn from the mistakes and make the next grow many times better.

Ok Queen here are the latest pic.

I did run into another problem. Bassman has been helping me come up with an idea for a new system with a res chiller, and Thanks for That!. But while I was looking at a site he sent me too, I found a clone problem link. It talked about a bacteria found in drinking water that fucks up your clones. Well the clones showed on that site looked like mine... So I am glad I pulled mine and hope they might survive in the rapid rooters... I will be doing the erythromyicin treatments on the machine to be able to never get that again.

Ya it's not a tent. I built a room in my garage. It is 1/4 of a 2 car garage. The Flower room is 10x5.5x8.5. I am thinking the forest has just begun. I have seen 10-12 inches growth in 10 days, and that is at 1/4-1/3 strenght nutes. I have been increasing the nutes. Since I am changing the remaining water out 2 times a week I re-up the nutes too. Like the other day, Saturday nite I added 4 gals water and 6ml part A and 10 ml part B and 3 ml bloom booster and 3ml calmag to each bucket then I ph to 5.9.

As you can see they are doing well. All except for the clones.

Wow they look really nice. I wish I had room like that to expand. How old are they because they look almost around the same age as mine. Mine are just beginning their 3rd week of flower.

They are a week younger...Well not exactly... they are , well 4 week before thanksgiving... they are 11 days in flower right now....I have a mix so some will be 7-8 weeks 1 is 8-9 weeks and 2 are 10-12 weeks in flower... so I will have a triple harvest...lol

Ya I hit a couple brick walls early on, said screw the speed bumps I went head on into walls...lol
But with the help of a few people it has all turned around and coming along nicely.

My goal is set at around 2 lbs total harvest, that would be just over a 1/4 lb per plant. I am hoping for 6 oz per plant but will be happy with 4 per plant. Not bad for the first grow. With a little practice I might be able to get it to the 8-10 per plant point.
