OG's Hi Brix Organic: LEDs, Perpetual Harvest

Now these other three are in bloom for less time. They all got rescue drench yesterday As they didn't look great.

Any other tips for them?

Let me know If anyone has ideas on how to improve. Not sure what's wrong. Have turned ozone way down in case that's it. Everything else is by the book now and plants still miserable.
I was doing de-stress every 4-5 days and brix every week too. so maybe that burned them? Now only doing it every 7-10 days and no brix.

Just put this one behind you and look to the next one. I'm not sure what happened this time....was it the small containers? Ozone? I dunno....but your roots were never right for some reason.

Look to the next one. The plant you just put in bloom looks really nice.

These three more ARE the next ones and they look like shit too.
The next, next one is the single green one just put in bloom. All green and healthy. Doesn't seem to last though, give it a few weeks and it's horrible. 8-(

Just a thought is all your soil from the same bag of Pro-Mix ? Did it have any
rips in the wrapping were it could of gotten contaminated ?

Yea I was just trying to think outside of the box here.
I am sure its not the product so looking outside of that
I was hoping for a simple answer.

I am really to new to the kit to give any real advice,
only my sideways thinking :)

Two bales of promix, both in good condition. Second
Batch is now in use as first batch recharges.

Thanks for taking the time to suggest it though.

I've never seen anything like this before. It's not the promix, it's not the kit....that leaves environment:

Water quality? Longshot...it would have to be utterly horrible
Ozone generator? I have no idea
Temps and rh? Again, I've never seen this happen.
User error? OG seems very careful about this.

We don't have these kind of problems in the kit....we just don't.

Can you try giving one of them water from another source? Are you maybe on soft water?

Here is one just started bloom yesterday

This new one looks good - Looks like you are doing it right moving forward.

ooops I see Doc said that, and then there was more

I have to ask, how long have you been using the ozone generator and how long hae you had this problem?
Ozone is a highly reactive form of oxygen that can potentially link up with glues or formaldehyde in wood, etc.

Ozone is harmful to plants

Earlier when you said ozone, my brain was thinking CO2.

xxxOzonexxx CO2 should accelerate growth in the day time and potentially retard respiration in the night time.

Ozone is harmful to plants

To quote the Dept of Agriculture
USDA said:
Ground-level ozone causes more damage to plants than all other air pollutants combined.

Yeah I know ozone is harmful so it's not on the plants directly.
I may have too high ozone levels though. Trying to work on that now.
Going to move ozone farther away to a "buffer zone" to prevent smell escaping but keep it further from plants .

We know that Promix is solid. We know that the kit is solid. We know your temps and rH are good.

That leaves water and Ozone as the likely culprits. Do you have soft water? If no....I'm gonna blame it on the ozone generator, but not because I "know" it's the problem. It's just the most likely agent based on the facts so far.

Obviously, something unusual is happening in your bloom space. Have you considered a charcoal scrubber in the room to combat smell?

If it were me I would either run another single plant in an area without the Ozone or eliminate it all together
until I was sure it was not the reason. Looks like the problem is consistent and repeating so we need to
eliminate this last question before you can move ahead

Yeah that's what I thought too, willl do some testing. Can't eliminate it all together, neighbour was complaining the smell was going through the shared wall in the basement (row house). I went in their basement and you could smell it in the room adjacent to my grow. Re-did the vapour barrier and still bothered them. Can't have that since still illegal so needed ozone. Going to make a 1 foot wide barrier on her side and just put the ozone in the one foot wide "room" to keep main growing space free of it.

As for the water my 5 stage reverse osmosis system is working great 4ppm water out of it.

So.....it's not the soil, not the water and not the environment.

And yet, your plants do not look right----to say the least----other than the one recently put into bloom, which looks just fine.

:hmmmm: Very interesting.

I like your barrier idea.
