Sounds like your Ma has to think of her self for a bit, get rested and repaired.
All the best for her.:green_heart:
we have told her for years to take it easy , if someone's dog is missing she is the first one out to look , ive even seen her on a dark county roads looking for peoples pets with cars flying on some roads , My mum is just that sort of person ,always has been , always has a house full of stuff for other people ,
But it keeps her going so let her do what she enjoys

Question ,does any one know these plants ? the bigger one mostly .. on my morning walk last year I pulled the tops of the daisy type plants threw them in a space in our yard that was hard to grow on , . these things loved the spot , I need the big plant named so I can see if it can be used for ferts or compost , or is it one of those plants that burn you and your pets ?

I threw a few kilo of crab into this spot and the plants went NUTS !

Any one know please and thanks :thanks:

This time because I changed the bottom of this fabric pot to an air pot bottom I can bottom feed and add water from the top slightly without getting gonky goo all over the toppers and perlite , :)

Some day ill just grow normal , but for now I am having fun , I leave in the wet for 30 mins then I suck up a little with my super soaker kids toy thing , so its not left sitting in water

That is not hogweed. About ten years ago I got into some of that shit walking the dogs. That was the most disgusting itchy burny crusty rash ever. Allergies I never has before I have now.

Could that plant just be a massive fucking wild carrot?

my other half thought the same , one is 7 foot tall but I cant show as its nearer our house lol

Th biggest tip for jadam after my first run , " do your ferments from early spring " it gets too messy indoors and had a few pests but I think they will get worse as the summer gets warmer , it will help break stuff down with the summer heat also so no point having it beside my girls now , , so ill move the large tub out into the open away from my grow space .. Other than that I thought things went nicely with no massive problems , I am doing a big clean out now and treated the seedlings :ganjamon:

Identification

Any fern that has a trunk elevating its leaves above ground level is a fern-leaved tree. Tree ferns belong to the Cyatheaceae and Dicksoniaceae families. Botanists look at the plants' organs to help identify and categorize the plants. The shape of the leaves and the type of stem are the most important visual factors for these types of trees. Tree ferns are nonflowering plants that are easily transplanted from the soil as long as the roots are kept intact.
Found this mate if any help

My phone has this thing called 'google lens' (android obvs) BUT I can take a photo of anything...press the lens button and it does an automatic and pretty accurate image search. I use it on all sorts of bugs and plants. I currently have a native grasses fetish going.

I have a spot where those sticky weeds grow , left a barrel beside them , ripped a load out and keep added to them , a lot of microbe's in there after adding rain water , i will find different locations and just leave a barrel at each , i have 5 x 90 litre bins coming , should be good leaving esle where , keep the stink down a bit
