NuttyProfessor And His Herd Of Indigenous Microorganisms

Happy Sunday folks :green_heart:

Every plant looks to be happy today :) Glad the leaves are not drooping after the top watering to run off ,:thumb:

That jungle you have going on is amazing.
Girls have never looked better. They must love that Irish rain water.

Morning Professor. A pink sky morning here for us today. Gonna go digging into the old leaf pile for some black earth to recharge my outside garden containers. Soon time to get some vegies going, maybe a few flowers for the better half as well. lol Your garden never ceases to amaze. Are the leaf shades (colors) as diverse as we see in the pics?:ganjamon:

I set my camera to easy mode , gives you the right shade , the white widow and the orange punch are a tiny but lighter but its shows more pale due to my leds , so i took some pics in sunlight to show a few posts back , they look healthy so i am not too bothered about being a little lighter , :thumb:
enjoy picking the molds :)

Pink sky at night, sailors delight.
Pink sky in morning, sailors take warning.

This saying will always stick with me being from the coast.

Looking great in here as usual nutty, I got caught up last night and I must say you're still rocking it my friend. I have no doubts you will make it to harvest just fine. Keep up the good work!

every day looks better and better in my grow room :ganjamon: weather ? its like winter again here lol
The lighter white widow should green up a bit better as the orange punch has over night from the last feed , pic 3 , with all those flowering sites on the WW i am not surprised she is hungry :meatballs:

Noticed some thrip and spider mite damage so i looked under the scope and yes there is some mites , i thought so last week so i bought the predators for mites , they are hung on each plant the bigger plants got two hanging , ordered the thrip predators today , for all they cost it can save a lot of hassle , i do not want to spray my leaves with anything thing at all , Other than this things are going to plan , with the barrels full of broken down plants you have to expect some sort of pest ,

So was gifted with some mackerel today , so thought id put together some of my fish amino acid, plant food / energy/ immune boost , :)
used the waste for this , I bought a 500g bag of brown sugar and i used the same amount fish waste , you have equal amounts for it to work better ,
i like to add sea and Himalayan salt as they have about 84 trace minerals , 2 table spoons of each , mix them up then leave for couple of weeks , maybe even a week , as its somewhere warm :ganjamon:

Mmm mackerel. Been quite a while since I've had any. I remember 1 time as a kid my dad took me with him and some friends for a deep sea fishing excursion. I was quite young, but we went jigging (wooden spool and line) for mackerel on the east coast of Nova Scotia. I had a great time aside from hurling over the edge of a 24' boat in the massive ocean swells 3 or 4x as high as us :laughtwo:
The feed later that night was good though since my stomach was empty.

took me a while getting the sea legs , was worse with a hang over in a gale of wind lol

Your plants eat better than I do, ha, ha! Hey, I think I heard one of them asking for some Mexican - maybe tacos or nachos?? Just kidding Nutty - but your garden always looks flush!. Keep up the good work and thanks for detailing your jadam methods.
yes diversity is key , give the microbes a good menu to dine from , a buffet of different foods :meatballs:

Fish’s Amino Nutrients Bio Organic Fertilizer Provides Quality Nitrogen, Among with Other Nutrients to Plants Fish Hydrolysate Fertilizer is an excellent source of many nutrients. As natural, available forms of nitrogen and phosphorus in particular, they’re especially valuable when you don’t have enough humus in your soil yet.

Fish Amino Acids fertilizer products are high in good old NPK - nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium.

Fortunately, we now know that plants need a wide variety of mineral nutrients in specific ratios, as well as healthy soil life, to thrive. But that doesn’t mean nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium are anything to sneeze at. Having a balanced, continuous supply of these nutrients is essential to plant growth and health.

That’s probably one reason humans have been using fish as a fertilizer at least as far back as the Middle Ages, and possibly even in ancient times buried fish directly in the soil to support their crops.

Besides NPK and many micronutrients, fish also contains important oils, amino acids, vitamins, hormones, and enzymes that support biologically active soil.

Unlike chemical fertilizer, the nutrients held in fish fertilizer are incorporated by the soil microbes and released slowly to plants, rather than leaching away to pollute rivers and lakes.

The requirement of Fish amino acids in essential quantities is well known as a means to increase yield and overall quality of crops.

Using Fish Products: Plants synthesize Fish Amino Acids from the Primary elements, the Carbon and Oxygen obtained from air, Hydrogen from water in the soil, forming Carbon Hydrate by means of photosynthesis and combining it with the Nitrogen which the plants obtain from the soil, leading to synthesis of amino acids, by collateral metabolic pathways.Only L-Amino Acids are part of these Proteins and have metabolic activity.

Fish Amino Acids are fundamental ingredients in the process of Protein Synthesis. About 20 important Amino Acids are involved in the process of each function. Studies have proved that Amino Acids can directly or indirectly influence the physiological activities of the plant.

Like all fertilizer, it’s most effective to apply fish Amino Acids products when the microbes are active and able to use the nutrients you’re providing them. This means warm temperatures and sufficient moisture.

Fish Amino Acids fertilizer can be applied directly to soil, or make great additions to foliar spray, especially when mixed with Effective Microorganisms.

Liquid forms can also work well in hydroponic applications. Dilution rates vary widely, so it’s best to check the specifics of the product you’re using.

Benefits of Fish Amino Acids Fish Amino Acids is a truly unique nutrient for improving health and productivity of crops. Crops that respond well to amino acids are vegetables, rice, oil palm, banana, sugarcane, cocoa, flowers, corn, potato, soya etc.

Fish Amino Nutrients - Fish Hydrolysate Processed Form Whole Fish – Natural

Bio Organic Plant Growth Promoter - Analysis Report:

Fish Amino Acid Content : 68%

TSS : 52.6%

PH – 4.6

Application:

FOLIAR APPLICATION:
Fish Amino Acids fertilizer is suited as a foliar application for boosting crops from early to late stages of maturity. Trace elements, minerals and complex organic compounds are absorbed into the plant’s leaf surface and are rapidly trans located to the roots. Foliar absorption is immediate. Increased brix (sugar/mineral) levels can be measured within 20 minutes. Residues left on the leaf surface help suppress insect and fungal attack by encouraging fungal bacteria and reducing insects leaf palatability - most pest insects dislike plants with higher brix levels.

FOLIAR & SOIL APPLICATION: Fish Amino Acids fertilizer can be used as a soil drench to encourage rapid microbial and earthworm activity, especially where chemical usage has decreased soil biological activity in the past. Following application, stored sugars are released from the roots as energy for growth and fruit/tuber production. Root hairs exude sugars and these stimulate healthy microbial activity in adjacent soil. These microbes flourish & immediately begin unlocking stored nutrients from the soil.

Looking great in there Nutty, hope the predators do their job.

Everytime I see your garden this morning I just want to crawl under the canopies for a nap.

Looks amazing, I'm not sure how you remember all this stuff- but damn me it's awesome

I have a small issue that has been developing boss and I need your help ASAP. One of my plants is showing a nitrogen deficiency(I think) old growth leaves are turning yellow. I’m in week 6 of flower as of today. It’s a bag seed of unknown genetics. How can I give her a dose of nitrogen without effecting my grow this late in flower? Medium is Fox Farms, topped with worm castings at week one of flower and just top dressed Dr Earth Flowergirl about a week ago. I added a pic of my vermicompost and I have these little white bugs, 95% of them are white and a few are darker in color. I know I’m asking a lot but I didn’t want multiple posts for what I feel is probably easier to answer here instead of a new thread..
